31~34. assemble sheaths (includes sanding, putting glue, waiting for dry time, then assembling)

35. rough sand sides

36. mark stitching lines

37. stitch sheath

38. burn threads

39. side sanding

40. edge sheath

41. hand finishing sand

42. edge dye

43. edge wax

44~46. install keeper strap snap (punch holes, assemble snap, set snap)

47. punch keeper strap slot

48. install keeper strap
