Glock vs ZT, my edc combo

No Glocks with me this week but I do have a few ZTs to go with my S&W.

I am asking because I am genuinely curious: Does your aversion come from simply frequenting a shooting forum or is it based on actual use?

Never shot one and I dont invite Glock owners to my property. If they own one, they leave it behind.

Well then, I guess that clears it up. Not the most extreme case of Glock prejudice I've come across, but interesting all the same. Though there are haters and fanboys of just about any brand known to man, it can be hard to justify/explain either if one has not actually experienced or handled the brand in question. Just my opinion, of course...

Regardless, such commentary detracts from the OP's initial intent, I'm sure.

Yep, as I said before, harmless ribbing. People sure get uptight about their Glocks.

I'll stop messin up his thread.

Sorry, my aversion to Glocks come from a shooting forum I belong to. Mostly harmless ribbing. Sorry to step on toes.

Based on your other responses I don't think you understand what the words above that you typed mean. GLOCKs aren't the be all end all but if you can't appreciate them for what they are, inexpensive, simple, reliable, low maintenance pistols that go bang and put accurate rounds on target then you're only fooling yourself.

I've only house carried the AD15 for now for full disclosure. The 43 will be back out come warmer weather.

So you are bagging on a gun you have never shot! Just stuff you heard on the interwebs. Ha! I hope if you stick around you don't do the same with knives. It won't go well....

And the property thing? Really? A bit childish don't you think?

BTW, my 26 shoots just fine and is a perfect Conceal carry IMO.

As promised, here is my contribution to the thread. I carry my G22 more often in the winter months than otherwise for obvious reasons. In the warmer seasons, It is usually stowed in my backpack and I carry something smaller like the Ruger LCR, which happens to be on my person today. I used to have a G27, which is a fantastic little gun, I wish I never traded it away. I will probably just get another... The ZT 0301 is the only ZT I own and its been my daily carry for years now, though I am starting to try different things as of late.

Bagging on a gun that has a stigma attached to it. I don't want to be one of those guys! All in jest. I would never do it to anything else, well maybe pitt bulls.

And the property thing? Really? A bit childish don't you think? Not sure what you mean here. Speaking of coming to my land to shoot.

BTW, my 26 shoots just fine and is a perfect Conceal carry IMO. I'll bet it does & is.

Geez the hurt feelerz..

Sorry for blowing up your thread OITNB. Any of you can PM me if you like.

What glock is in the top photo? If they did that 801 in blue? I would have to have had one. In fact, I got a regular 801 that I was going to have anodized blue/satin on the handle not once but twice! Never got around to having it done, twice. Even bought hardware for it. Regrets, I have a few....

That's my old Gen 2 23 - the one I have done the most training with over the years.

It's a battle horse for sure.

The 801 - I didn't really take to them until I got the CF, then I understood how good a knife it is.

I have the USN version and the CF version, and I had an S110V version, but a friend wanted that one more than I did, so I sold it, but it was a great knife as well.
