Going to try to carry one knife as my main EDC... For one year

I have actually thought about this myself. I beleive that I will carry my GTC Downsized Prisma for 1 year, along with my Strider PT.
 
I have had the Sebbie in my pocket day and night except for maybe 3 days. I broke to carry the DGG SNG for a weekend and on the day I said, "I was out of the race" in this thread.

Not sure if that counts as my "main EDC," or not? I did break the cycle for a day here and a day there but.... I guess I could still be in the race???? :confused:

My sebbie is looking better everyday :cool: I honestly believe it's "the knife" for me. :thumbup:

I'm out as well. :(

Tuesday morning I strapped on my Indigo CS Buck 110 and left the Impala on the desk beside the computer.

What can I say?...
As nice as the Impala is, I missed my Buck 110.

I'm still rocking that large 21 Monday through Friday, past couple weekends the DGG SNG goes into the pocket. Monday morning, 21 again this has been working very well.

Kind of a best of both worlds for me. As the Sebbie gets a LOT of carry time yet I still get to enjoy the DGG SNG :D

Yup :thumbup: - I've been EDCing my plain large 21 since I acquired it (Feb. 28th). The only time I didn't have it on me was one evening when I had to wear a suit (carried a Spyderco/Solo lobe opener in black Micarta).
 
Well I carried my Byrd Cara Cara for going on 4 years 6 days a week as a work knife.It was in constant use and aside from repairing the clip(run over by a forklift)its still going strong.If I hadn't changed jobs I'd probably still carry it(my new employer has a no knives policy).As it is its still the blade I grab when I'm going for a walk.
 
I'm going to restart, from today until 6-01-10 I will try to EDC a SAK Tinker I won in a give away on here. I will probably carry other knives with the SAK, but the SAK is the only I see not getting rotated out.
 
How is everyone doing?

:D The tinker hasn't left my pocket yet, I think it may have found a permanent home in my back pocket next to my wallet.
 
OK, I'll play. However the best I can do, is to narrow things down to either carrying a Buck 110 or a 112.

I've practically carried my D4W as my main EDC for a little over a year, now. I haven't been carrying it lately because it needs to be reprofiled, and I can't find the time to do that. If I could, I would easily still be carrying it.

So right now it's my backup/hard-user, the E4 ZDP.
 
I was just wondering about this htread a couple days ago and forgot to resurrect it to see how everyone is doing! I couldn't do this to save my soul. If I ever decided to try I'd probably decide to sell most of my Safe Queens then too :eek:
 
ive been carrying a VIC pioneer in red ALOX from more than a month now and using it for food prep exclusively, so its been getting used for everythign from BBQ's to improvised fruit salads to a seriously MEAN pesto i made for my girlfriend the other day

i have a feeling this thing will be living in my pocket for a while to come
