My name is John Goncz and I am pleased to be a new member. My knife making goes back for 15 years when I made the full Titanium Knife, that was used in the Total Recall films (the Girl opens the bad Guy stomack). Although limeted production was made as of now is still the only full Titanium blade.
We will soon introduce the new line of Titanium knifes, that we will add to our line of products: www.goncz.net
We are looking forward to read and post on this forum.
Thanks John

We are now shiping the lights to general public.
The M-3 is a "knock out" light with more than 815 lumen.
Water proof, Quick focusing, etc.

Other news is that the Comic book character, "The Punisher" is getting turned into a motion picture with the Star John Travolta and others. The interesting part of it, that The Punisher favorite gun is the 'Goncz Hi-Tech weapons'.

Until next the best to the readers of this lines.:)

I think that Mr. Goncz must be related to Bill Clinton.

They both have a hard time answering a direct question!!!

Do your chargers work yet, Mr. Goncz?

This is pretty disturbing.

I was thinking of getting one... not anymore.

Service is the #1 most important aspect of a business to me; it looks like this fellow has no idea how to run a respectable company.

Please, do tell us. How are those chargers working out?

-Jon

This was a REAL broo-haaa over at CPF! Overstated performance etc. I was concerned I was thinking of someone else before posting a comment.:(

I do not overstate or understate anything. The bulbs are certified by the manufacturer and that what is count. We do not acknowledge any opinions from who never seen any of the lights. So that is our statement. Any statements from a paid competitor is not registered by us. Now we dramatically increased our production and fullfilling some large orders and some new items are on the CAD/CAM.
Thanks

I'm not trying to antagonize anyone, but...

Anthony, did I just see a non-answer again?

Mr. Goncz: Are the chargers working or not? From the threads on CPF, it seems like there is a serious issue with the charging mechanism.

I will not purchase a system just so I can have an opinion about whether I should purchase it or not.

:(

Also FWIW, this looks like advertising from a non dealer account. I reported this thread.

I'll move this thread to TGB&U. I hope for some light on the questions, in the proper forum.

Mr. Goncz:

Before I buy one of your lights I have two questions. First is: "have you fixed/corrected the problem with the chargers?" and the second question: "What is the maximum lumen output of your brightest rechargable and what is the run time?"

There seems to be an awful bunch of conflicting info and before I start thinking about your KNIVES and lights I want to be certain the your info is concise, precise and correct. MOST IMPORTANTLY, that you are responsive to your consumers/customers and have no problem answering the questions posed honestly and promptly....

Remember, your products are NOT inexpensive..........

I'd just like to point out if the lumen output mentioned is from a bulb manufacturer, then that's not the same as actual measured output once it's in the application.

BTTT

I'd like to see a direct, and honest answer to the questions posed here, Goncz.

Many of the members here are also members of other forums, including candlepowerforums.com

It would be wise on your part to answer the questions regarding the chargers, and the lumen output of your lights, not just the bulb alone.

As you may know, customer service is paramount for any business, especially one who depends on the internet for the majority of their business. Anything other than a direct, honest answer to the questions is poor customer service.

I remember the Goncz lights from CPF. They look nice, but the numbers are very decieving. Look for the pics on the "Mammoth Flashlight Shootout" thread and you'll see that the actual output is roughly half the bulb rating (compared with Surefire's ratings). Oh yeah, MaxaBeams and X990s rock!

Looks like this guy tucked his tail between his legs, and ran away.

Too bad he couldn't be straight forward, and answer the questions.

I won't be purchasing any of his products, and I certainly hope no one else does, either.

Gentlemen,

Sorry, that I did not responded earlier, which is due to heavy schedules, traveling and other urgent projects and that I may check the posting ones a week or so.

The chargers are functioning and in the final approval the new chargers.

As to the maximum output of the lights is the M-10 Comet, 12 Volt, 4 Amps battery, that you can stick in 100 Watt Xenon bulb, with 3 inch reflector outshines anything in that category.

We took some flacks on the CPF unjustified, instigated by some competitors some 'diehards' that there "ego" got busted that the better THE GONCZ HI-TECH lights came to the market. There are some legal issues in progress as to the adverse statements, towards our products.

The M-3 light is powered by three CR123A 3 Volt Lithium Duracell, Made in USA batteries, that is actualy measures 3.2 volt and 1.5 Amps. The Bulbs is certified 75.00 MSCP. The bulb draws 3.1 Amps. This is the high output bulb. Do not compare or test the lights with some inferior cheap imports and private labeled 'junk' batteries.

There is no question that Our M-3 lights are far supperior to aything out on the market:

GONCZ THREAD-LESS QUICK FOCUSING, WATER PROOF 150 FEET, ALUMINUM REFLECTOR WITH SPECIAL COATINGS (Our own design), BULB 75.00 MSCP, SPECIAL BORO... TEMPERED WITH ANTI REFLECTIVE COATINGS, THAT TRANSMITS 99 PERCENT OF THE LIGHT (the uncoated lenses transmits 91 - 92 percent of the lights) LENSES ARE MADE IN GERMANY, AND THERE IS ALSO A SPARE BULB IN THE LIGHT. LOW MAINTANANCE: IF THE BULB BURNS OUT YOU JUST REPLACE THE BULB $8.00, NOT THE WHOLE REFLECTOR THAT COST YOU $25.00 TO $30.00. IN A YEAR YOU CAN BUY ANOTHER LIGHT AND HAVE A 'STEAK DINNER' BY SAVING ON THE BULB. ALSO THE OVERAL ENGINEERING, MACHINING AND THE FINISH IS UNMATCHED, JUST COMPARE THEM.

AS TO THE PRICE IS THE BEST VALUE FOR THE DOLLAR!!!

Soon we will introduce a dedicated weapons lights that will fit the M-16 and M-4 with Picatini rail. It will be available to the civilans after completing the a Military contracts.

All products are now available to Dep. of Defense, NASA, Dept. of Transportation and other Federal Agencies as we are officialy became vendor, and individuals with authorization can purchase them as is posted on DOD EMALL.

In the future I will try to view the posting more often.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Cordially

John Goncz

:) ;)

The threads on CPF were definitely not part of some competitor's campaign.
The lights were initially looked at with great expectation and enthusiasm.
The expectations were not met.
The enthusiasm died quickly.
