Looks like the testing facility has finally been located. There is even some videotape of a test in progress.

Stuart

A great photo of him has also been posted. VERY recent photo if I'm not mistaken.

How about answering the questions?

Who was the warden that approved your testing of handcuffs with inmates, what facility was the test conducted at, and when was this alleged test?

 Stuart

and sorry keith, for some reason the post regarding s90v completely escaped me, its good to know :).

No problem at all. There have been so many posts on this thread I can understand someone missing one or two.

Stu, what the heck are you talking about? What have I missed?

its hidden in the other forums... certain things you do that you should burn the instant they appear, just dont get burned in time...

Keith:

The info must be searched for where the "bastids" play. Don't get your hopes up as I'm sure he will just deny the clear evidence found there.

g.b.:

Answer the questions; Who was the warden that approved your testing of "handcuffs" with inmates, what facility was the test conducted at, and when was this alleged test?

Stuart

Stu - I´m confused too - a search for Goncz where I thought or better suspected you were referring too only brings up a review by Guncollector - could you be more specicifc please - like a line/words to do a search for ?

TIA

Klaus

Sorry if the lead was too cryptic. The "info" will not be found on another forum, you will need to stay within this "community" of ours and it will only be found if you are actually logged in. You might also need to use his AKA.

Not trying to detract from the more serious aspects of the origins of this thread (such as non-delivery of ordered items and failure to ID testing facility, etc...) but as I've said before, we cannot take this guy serously anymore unless he secures better medication or whatever...

Stuart

I will miss the enlightened one during his time offline. It appears he dissappears for a while then returns to entertain us. I guess I will do something constructive while he is gone.

I will bet there are no computer privileges in the padded rooms.Or else the behavior modification drugs render him pretty quiet till they wear off.Even Hinkly gets out occasionally.

Stu, your clues were good enough that I had no trouble finding the thread you were referring to. That's some pretty funny stuff.

I wish all of you would just leave Goncz alone. He is one of the most sincere, honest and upstanding gentlemen you could ever want to meet. Please believe that his heart is truly good and leave him be. You people just don't understand what he's going through right now.

JUST KIDDING!!!!:D :D :D :p

Goncz, your a knucklehead!!

After he cried to Spark, pleading to lock the thread (following a particularly brutal reality check directed to him) and was denied; I do not expect that g.b. will be boasting very soon. He will always be welcome to play in the other section if he wants to trade pop-offs.

But to the real and pressing questions; Who was the warden that approved your testing of "handcuffs" with inmates, what facility was the test conducted at, and when was this alleged test? Or, have you made up that story?

Answer the rest of the questions!! and quit tripping over yourself with tepid insults.

Oh, and thanks Keith. :D

Stuart

This skunk with the brain of a amoba is still around and not yielding even to a moderator. So lets lock the garbege cans so that it will be starved and just disapear...

Beside the Blade Magazine, there was also articles in the Knife Magazine and the Author was Bud Lang, some of You guys may know him and if so You may ask him.

Other Magazine was a Japanese Knife Magazine wrote about.

The Belgian Magazine Le Armor also featured and was exhibited in the La Bourge, Suburb of Paris, International Security Show.

This posting to the guys that are into collecting or have interest in handcuffs:

We produced thousend of them and is the most reliable on the market was sold domesticaly on the State level well as on the Federal level and sold it to Department of Justice, Dr. James Worthy was in charge.

Additionally we supplied over 1,000 pcs to the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department and was used even on O. J. Simpson and they are still in use. Lt Wetzel and Sgt. Kennedy was in charge.

Sales also to the general public was numerous large to retailers, etc.

For International Sales were made direct or indirect to: Austria, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Equador, Mexico, Hungary, Peru with the insignia: Policia Nacional del Peru and all the National Police have it. Other Nations and others.

There is a verry comprehensive book was written by:
Alex R. Nichols out of England,
the title "Guidebook to Hand cuffs and other restrains of the World" Published by Kingscourt Publications,
The Boot Cottage, The Street, Kingscourt
Stroud, Glos, England, Price 25 Pound .

This is the most informative book on handcuffs ever written in any languages and is 304 pages with pictures and articles and there are pictures in the book of almost every handcuff that includes all the models, that was ever produced. Tell Mr. Nichols, (a nice Chap) that I recomended and He will Sign the book for You.

Other publications including ABC news and others.

On the collector circuit they are now sold as collectors items and goes anywhere from $150.- to $200.- or more, some of the 'Gold Plated' ones goes much higher if you can find them, that is for sale.

As to the California we supplied it to the State in Sacramento and Mr. Cochran and Mr. Menandez was in charge for new products and the sample were tested in Pelican Bay and other facilities.

The handcuffs were tested also by the Chicago Sheriffs Department by I do not remember the name, but some Irish name.

This will give some info to the handcuffs collectors and to others with interest to this subject.
