Good edc/work folder under 70 bucks

It's not what I'd consider a 'hard worker' in any sense, but I'd think the Ka-Bar Dozier could be a good option. I believe you can find them for around $25 or less. Granted, since they don't have liners (just zytel handles) it not the strongest knife in the world but should handle any backroom task you are doing. Plus, with the price, you could get three ?

If it doesn't have to be a one-hand opener, a Buck 112 would be my choice. But then I'm old school. And just old.

i actually got a buck 110, im looking for something with a pocket clip and a bit more easier to flip open and closed, the buck 110 is what im usin now actually, its agreat blade tho.

ah okay, ill def consider that tho, ima spend the day (got weekend and today off) researching to make sure i dont regret
was also looking at a kershaw blur if anyone knows anything about those
Blur's are great EDC blades, if you like the look and style they wont let you down.
Lots of great youtube reviews on them aswell

Endura/ delica are my usual choices. But iv been eyeing those new lonewolf landslides.

looks arent rly what im goin for, more of a functional kinda thing

Looks and function right there.

There is no good $70 knife.

Don't trust your life on a $70 knife. Buy quality like Strider, ZT or Emerson.

Seriously? We're talking a general purpose utility blade here. Unless a cardboard box tries to shank you with a particularly large staple, you'll probably be able to keep the threat at bay with an Opinel. And you'd still have $55 to spend on a tactical paintball vest for protection.

:thumbup:Great post!

Guess I should just throw my Scrap Yard Regulator 6.5 in the recycling bin since it only cost $80. Shame, seemed like it was pretty solid.

i got a tenacious that had loose g10 scales on it, then i got anthor that had bad heat treatment and the blade was miscolored and had a pit

Actually, that never happened:

if i go with a tenacious will it hold up well for use? and does everything come good out the box? my friend got his and his g10 scale was loose, was that just a fluke?

You don't have to make up stories about what you've owned or not owned. You'll get better responses if you just be honest with folks.
