Good Job!!!!! Here's your next clue!

Ed T, I thought that "Where else would they be?" --> "between two bishops" = (between two churches) was a really good idea, but the road runs diagonally between the two churches, with a really wide clearing along both sides of the road. There are no trails, and not really any good place to hide a payload without taking a good chance of being spotted.

They've recently done a LOT of bulldozing through the woods at the north end of the park due to havoc wrought by the pine beetle. I hope Jerry upgraded the cache tube from PVC to INFI. Actually I have a feeling that if run over by a bulldozer, the extent of the damage to the knife would be a few scuff marks.

well, I've now hiked all 8 miles of trails searching high and low, even been on some trails that aren't really trails and still no luck.:(

raden, i figured you would have it by now? did you have a pic of that stinkin rock with you?

idaho, I sure did have a pic of the rock. The only problem was every dang park in the park looked just like it.:grumpy:

But, it won't be my last trip:D

Ok call me crazy.
Royals, white hats, holding court, court, wimbeldon, tennis.

I recall seeing that there were tennis courts in the park. Is that true, or am I hallucinating?

Was there a trail near the tennis courts?

Yes, both the white and yellow trail come near the tennis courts and pool area. Might some item/object in those areas be associated with a lemon smell?
Clyde

Which trails by name? Do you recall?
I will submit this line to Jerry if we can narrow down a trail.

The yellow (Rhododrendron) is the eastern most trail in the park. It follows along a fork of the Little River. The white trail parellels it and runs behind the lodge/motel. The white and yellow merge on occasions then the yellow continues north while the white turns west toward the pool/tennis area then across the northside of the park towards the old quarry area. I would have bet a few cool ones that the colors referenced in the clues were trail colors but Jerry responded no to that.
Stay Safe,
Clyde

For your info. Someone emailed me a "partly" correct answer. . . very close. . . only off by ONE word. . . of course that's a pretty important word ;). . . then of course there's the balance of the clue that needs to be solved. .. but that ain't bad.

You're getting close!

Of course if that person chooses to keep his info. private. . . The final clue won't mean anything to anybody but him!

Muwahahahahaha. . . . . ;)

Jerry

I'm trying to find a location that is dead center between you and OneWhoBuys. . . Actually, I'd better bury it closer to you. . . Chuck has way too much access to heavy land moving equipment.

Hey Jerry, let's go a little farther south with that IL payload. Strabs can pick Chuck up on the way down state, that will give me a little jump.

John
