Got one...

ITE,

Sometimes when they are eating the vegetables in our garden, I think sporting or not I've had enough.

Took a doe this evening with a muzzleloader. Still looking for a good buck. Maybe tomorrow morning.

2T, I'm so glad you got some meat for the family. What Buck knife will you use on the whitetail? Hope you get a shot at the buck you've been seeing. DM

Skinning was a Triple R BG42 with moose horn. Tomorrow it will be one of the Buck ergo boners for cutting up the meat.

How did it work?
I remember you using one of your custom 110's 2yrs. ago which had a partial serrated blade on a Nice buck. DM

I still use the custom shop 110 for field dressing....most of the time. Other bucks get some hunting time. The boning knives work extremely well. I have 1 420HC and 1 Sandvik.

These two were watching me walk in to check my trail cam this morning. Cute.

Tony, that's a cool picture of the two does... Keep them coming...

Anyone else get a deer yet....

Hey guys, I got this Silver Tip this evening calling Predators. Used my pet load of T shot. That's a Buck 110 paperstone I'm holding in my right hand. DM

Thanks David, that's a cool picture of a nice fox... Thanks for sharing... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

Anyone else... :D

This Fox had a prime pelt and I removed it using an Alpha Hunter, model 277. Which I was impressed with. Plus, I can tell with use, this steel, of 154cm cuts differently than some others. I'm going to keep using this steel and see what I can learn from it. DM

I wasn't sure what kind of bird that was. There is a little bit of resemblance with the bobwhite quail.

It's also called the California quail. They have a tuff of feathers protruding out of the top of their head. Like the ladies hats at the Kentucky Derby. They don't whistle like the Bob White either.
That dog will retrieve but once she gets a bird in her mouth you have to catch her. She's young and still learning. Thanks, DM
