GPB Sheaths

Sarge,

Thanks for the "endorsement" and the sitrep. I also want to thank you for being on the "sharp end" for the rest of us. Keep your head down and come back in one piece. The most satisfying part of this job is making product for folks who are "doing the job."

BTW, as MedOps found out, deploying Milpers get top priority. His rig was turned around within 24 hours. This will continue to be my goal for as long as volume allows.

Hey all.

I just wanted to check in to say yet again that you can't go wrong dealing with Brian. He just hooked me up with a beaut of a sheath for my Shadow IV. I hadn't intended on getting it done at this time, but then thought "what the hell". Not only did Brian hook me up on short notice but he made another winner.
If you haven't checked his work out I recommend you give it a look.

Take care and keep the good info flowing.

Do I see Malice clip attachment system? Very interesting!! Could I get a better shot of that, please? Thanks!

Oku! I still have the email at home but have not answered due to death chats etc...:)

I will reply in full shortly - do you have any 'Advantage Camo' left....:D

We need to talk...

Chuck, this is your last warning, send back my mini mojo NOW!:grumpy:

JV,

You do indeed see Malice Clips! I don't think I have a better pic of those and MedOps now has the sheath. For a better look at the Malice Clip all by its lonesome, www.tacticatailor.com .

Thanks Gundy! Looking forward to your projects! Has Chuck had your Mini for as long as I think he has? OUCH!

Sorry, I can't get any more Advantage (officially) but I'll call my supplier and see if they have any scraps lying around. Don't hold your breath though, I haven't seen any of the stuff for about 2 years.

MedOps,

Thanks very much for your support! I hope Okuden sheaths serve you well and aid in your safe return to family.

Brian

I know the Malice clips all right, but I'd really like to see how they are attached to the sheath.
MedOpsPogue, any chance that you might take pics of the attachment system and either post them or email them to me? Thanks!!

J. Vervoorst,

I am sorry but I don't have a digital camera handy otherwise I would happily oblige.
I am sure that Oku can rig something on his Green Beret sheath system and show you how it goes. Let me just say that I love the versatillity it allows and will be working with it once I get in country to have quick and easy access as my Project 1 will be on my LBV.
I will say this about the sheath system....I love it.
Take care and keep your head down,

M.O.P.

Actually, Jerry won't mind. How's this for an INFI testimonial!

A buddy-o-mine is on his local PD Tac Team. The AI (After Incident) investigation is over and the story is now clear to be discussed.

During dynamic entry training he was accidently smacked by one of his team members with a .40, close range. Get this.....he was wearing his favorite Busse (old Badger 5/16") John Wayne Green Beret Style inverted on his vest in an Okuden rig. The .40 smacked the Busse and Okuden Sheath dead center of the blade profile. Ready for the finale.........

The sheath is cracked and I think has a hole from the last time I saw it, but the Badger sustained only slight coating removal, PERIOD!

Probably saved his life (I forgot to ask if he had his armor on), that is rest of the story Paul Harvey and it definitely taint no BS. Can anyone truly love their Busse as much as he must?

I'll get in touch with him and get a pic. He is not a forumite. Just one of the many who specifically demanded an Okuden rig for his biggest knife investment. What a Busse payback eh!

Out.

A little bump.
