Great eastern cutlery 25 beerlow

I was able to get one, and a retailer has had them in stock for 2+ hours. I guess not so popular.

I’ve tried to purchase one from, I think, the same vendor you purchased from and it will not let me complete the purchase due to no inventory. Pretty sure they are mistakenly showing available
Same here. Shows one left.

From what I've seen the red sawcuts turned out decent. I'd often see some with a fair bit of pink around the bolster, but not these.

I feel like I might cut myself taking off the cap!

Goodness that bone is a nice red. I can't do it with that blade. I can't lie, I thought about it after seeing the in hand pics of the covers.

I was lucky enough to get one in hand today. It is a neat little knife, albeit niche. Don’t have any bottles with caps, so lifter is untested. First impressions of F&F. I think this might drive the purists a bit nuts, because you’re going to lament the cap-lifter/blade on such a well executed 25. The saw cut covers, bolster, centering and dye job are excellent. I’d like a bit deeper red dye, but that’s a personal preference. The dye fade at the bolster gets pretty light - not quite pink, but on the verge. Seems like the pictures from from the GEC factory reflected pretty deep reds with minimal color fade at the bolster - so I’m sure I’ll be eyeing future pictures of those deep red examples with a bit of green envy ;). Tube artwork is minimalist and mine came with a pin. Pictures for effect:

Beautiful knife!!

I opened a bottle just now with a regular bottle opener.

The experience was very, as the kids say, meh.

Soon, life will be much more exciting.

All I can do now is wait.
