Can someone provide me with pics of the Spey and the Sheepsfoot off a Calf Roper lined up with those from an Abilene Stockman? I've got the measurements, but would appreciate a visual. Thanks in advance.

Great collection!! Now you need a Northwoods or Scagel (GEC #48) with wharncliffe :)

Was looking for some side-by-side shots of a 79 Montana Workhorse beside any one of or combination of : #15,#48,#99,#73

I'm guessing you mean the newer Workhorse, and not the #79 Workhorse Whittler?

Hopefully these will tide you over in the meantime-- same frame, but with a 3-spring, 3-blade configuration. The outside (frame) shape is the same. ;)

Nice group of 42s Trand. Love those Elk models.

Nice 42's. Do you have any blade play on any of them?

Trand, as my old friend from Arkansas used to say, "Don't 'dem purty!"

Thanks guys!! These came out really nice.

As for play, none of them have any side to side play but all 3 have the typical GEC lockback slight up and down play. I've used #72 EDC lockbacks with blade play that have withstood anything I threw at them. Its not something I worry about with the GECs. The only GEC lockback that I remember not having any play is a #65 lockback in blue camel bone.

Not a group shot by any means, this is a GEC made "WALDEN KNIFE Co" Cattle Knife.
This knife has it all.....

Long Pull Main, Pinched Bolsters, as well as Slanted Bolsters, The Stag is what I would call presentation Grade - which GEC seem to knock out on a regular basis, the Pile side scale has a Trench though it!!! Beautiful gorgeous Stag!
The stampings on this blade also are just great, and great tribute by GEC to the great name of Walden knife Co, this is one Tank of a knife, a real nice Cattle Knife with the Punch option, I apologise in advance for the terrible photos - horrible weather outside...
