Great songs, Good songs, and ones that'll do.

Motörhead was always hit or miss with me but this is a great song. I'd never heard it before today.

Never heard this song before, caught it on the radio yesterday. Has a pretty good sound plus it tells a story and that's always a plus for me.

Floyd is a legendary cow dog. Long since retired his, pups sell before they are born. Cowboys line up for states to have a Floyd dog. Floyd has the run of the roost. Instead of living in the kennel with the rest of the cowdogs He has a very large fenced back yard and for the first time in his life he's allowed in the house. He has his own couch. Floyd had suffered a broken rear leg and it never healed properly. He built his legendary reputation on three legs, literally. Recently some neighbors of my son's were driving a herd of cattle up the road past Floyd's back yard. Floyd jumped out and helped them all day. That evening they brought Floyd back and asked Logan, our son is this your dog? "Yeah, he wasn't a pain in your butt was he?" No, way better than all the stupid dogs I have. I was wondering, could I borrow him tomorrow?"

My son was at the house one time changing the brakes on his truck. He told me while he was working he'd been playing a game in his head. He was trying to figure out what song best described Floyd but not only described him but what he would listen to if Floyd listened to music.

Floyd leads the "Wolf Pack". Laying down here with the wolf pack closest to the pen:

Or here with myself and Nichole and Katie and Logan and the wolf pack. Floyd in the back right:

Anyhoo what would Floyd listen to and what song described him? None other than Bad Co, but not by Bad Co but by Five Finger Death Punch:

So Floyd!
