1-GAurdian Conix -love the lightweight and look
2-Koenig Arius Standard Stonewash CTS-XHP Contoured Carbon Fiber Face Blue Titanium -Backspacer Bead Blasted anyone no the difference between this one and version 2.0?
3-Todd Begg Knives Glimpse 7.0
4-Reate Knives HDTI Horizon D Titanium-May be to heavy

Can only pick one and flipping action is my most important then light weight. Trying to avoid paying $$ got the Koenig yes I know its superior. Any other model suggestions welcome for EDC

Im familiar with line definitely quality knife but just not for me but thank you. To gentleman like and Im a woman lol

The Guardian is far less attractive. So masculine vs feminine does not seem to apply.

Don't set boundaries.

Based on what you listed. Begg all day.

Why Begg all day its very heavy 5.46?

I disagree one looks bad ass so a chick taking out a bad ass knife works for me. The other one looks like my grandfathers knife screams Im old and boring. If more people new the quality of the name that would be one thing,

Kershaw ewe lol I like Zt just dont love them theres missing polish and the steel is alway not so sharp and doesn't hold an edge something up with there steel ?

Guardian Tactical makes fantastic knives, but man I gotta say the Conix is their least attractive model. If it strikes your fancy, though, they are pretty much universally praised. If it isn't quite your thing, and you have to pick between what you listed, I've heard amazing things about Koenig knives, and the Begg Steelcraft knives are sweet. Basically, of what you listed just go with what strikes your fancy the most. They all have a ton of good things being said about them.

One small factor to consider is steel used, though. The Koenig does have the best steel, XHP is one of the top stainless steels. Between S35VN and CPM-154 it's more preference, but I like CPM-154 more.

Since, you're a 'chick' :)

Why not look at the bladeshow quality award winner this year -> 2018 Manufacturing Quality Award – Lionsteel
They make some bad-ass looking stuff, which imho also often looks a bit feminine. (Maybe I just don't like so much bling, but you know, this is from the same country that invented Ferrari's)

1) there is nothing “ew” about Kershaw. Maybe not the price points you’re looking at, but they make plenty of good knives.
2) If ZT doesn’t come as sharp as you’d like you can sharpen it.
3) AFAIK, there’s nothing wrong with their steel. Good steels, and good HT.

Kershaw knives mostly use pretty low end steels. Perfect for the average user, but we are far from average. Kershaw and ZT do usually have pretty sharp edges, but they are usually pretty obtuse, and especially hard to reprofile with super steels. As for the steels and HT, I've found they seem to be a little low on performance, but that is likely because of the grind not the steel, ZT does some very... Meford-y grinds.

They do. 100% agreed that some of their 3cr $15 knives are very low end. But there are also plenty of Kershaws in the $60-80 category (and more if you like their autos) that are excellent values. They have a very diverse product line, and I wouldn't poo-poo a HOB exclusive Link in S35v because there are also some Kershaws in blister packs, fresh from China and selling for $9.99 in War-Mart.

Well considering yesterday it was a Koenig vs. A brous and a Begg mini glimpse, I suggested a Reate K1 to kind of bring together what I saw as the best qualities of all 3...

Today, still a Koenig, but now the brous is gone and the mini has been upgraded to a full sized glimpse, plus you added in a guardian and a reate (horizen), so it seems to me like you really want the Koenig, but are trying to talk yourself out of it with all these other knives...

In any case, they're all quality makers though, Guardian and Koenig are USA made, which matters to some over Reate and Begg which are high end made in China, but seriously, just pick the one YOU like most, as all 4 are solid choices...

Personally, I'd save up just a bit extra and go with an Olamic Swish. BladeHQ has a pair of blue ti handled ones; one black washed one satin finished, both ELMAX steel.... That or Wayfarer 247?
