Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Wow! I saw yesterday that we were getting near 1000 pages and then checked in today to find that we'd blown right past it. A huge congratulations to Jack Black Jack Black for creating this thread and to him and everyone else who has contributed to its success.

I thought I'd share a few statistics which include posts up through page 1002.

Number of posts by year:
- 2016: 551
- 2017: 3,068
- 2018: 6,726
- 2019: 9,697 (and counting rapidly!)

Number of active contributors by year:
- 2016: 62
- 2017: 103
- 2018: 126
- 2019: 114 (and counting, I hope!)

Most quickly filled page: #1001, completed in 41 minutes and 50 seconds.

As you can see, this thread has really taken off. It's quite an impressive feat! Kudos to those of you who are able to keep up with it all. :D

Great to see you here Greg, you have made an enormous contribution to this thread (@Cambertree , where are you mate?!) :) Thanks pal :)

Those statistics are incredible, we're not even halfway through the year! No wonder I'm walking round in my PJs and living on crisp (chip) sandwiches! :D

Hope all's well my friend, and that we'll be seeing more of you soon :) Arthur says Hi ;)

Seeing all these beautiful collections makes me feel very stodgy and old fashioned, but . . . . I remain true to my RALF!
Now, if I win the giveaway, I may have some 'splainin' to do. ;) :D
Jeff I don't know how else to say this so I'm just gonna say it. RALF messaged me extremely upset about all of this. Between the sobs and deep breaths I managed to figure out that the thought of other lambs coming into your life is unbearable. So we worked out a solution which he seemed to love and brought him immediate relief (you could hear the sigh of relief in his voice... huh... text I mean). Solution - If you win RALF would like for you to ask Jack to send it to me- His exact words were "STRAIGHT TO ARKANSAS".
No need to thank me my friend. That's what I'm here for.

Well, there appears there is no slowing this runaway train down! Great Awsome photos all!
Here's mine at the Pain Management Dr.'s office today, not the best photo, but maybe it will get me back in the flow of this superhighway!:D:thumbsup:

That's a great pic Dennis

How do you find the Pain Management, hope you're getting some relief my friend? Feller I saw was nice enough, but not actually a great deal of help

Thanks, Jack!

My pain management Dr. has been great! He doesn't just want to give me epidurals every couple of months, and if the Neurosurgeon is unable to operate, he is wanting to put a module in my back that is supposed to help manage the pain, although I'm not too excited about that option.

He sounds a lot better than the feller I saw Dennis, hope you can get some relief soon my friend

This thread is moving faster than the Millennium Falcon!

Right, GIVEAWAY! :) Open to anyone who has posted previously in this thread :) Some of you seem to have already pre-empted my idea of asking folks to post pics of their collection of Lambsfoot knives. Post anything else too, and please put 'I'M IN', so I know it's an entry. Include a Guardians button/pin/badge in the pic, and I'll throw your name in the hat twice ;)

Here are the prizes:

I thought some of you folks who missed out on the 2018 Guardians Lambsfoot knife in ebony might like to win one, and there's a limited edition Lambsfoot with African Rosewood covers, and a Big 'Un in that nice horn Wright's had a couple of years back (this is from then, standard production, and the blade is off-centre). So there'll be three winners, first and second names out of the hat get a choice. Hope that all sounds OK (I don't always get things right) :) I'm also going to post a giveaway outside this thread for someone who doesn't yet own an example of this fabulous pattern :)

Please enter! :)

Jack

Edit - Don't forget to post a pic of your Lambsfoot collection to enter

I'm in!
