I have a couple of Yorkshire themed things coming. One is expected tomorrow and one will be here when it gets here is out for delivery.

I really should have checked the weather forecast before I came out in jeans and a light jacket. They were appropriate when I left the house, but it's up to 28 now (whatever that is in Real Money)!

It is quicker to go over to Wakefield on the train, but I used to enjoy the bus journey, so opted for that. Unfortunately, the driver is speeding along like a maniac, and it's a very bumpy ride

I had intended to get lunch in Wakefield originally, but had a longing for a Tunisian Plate in the market

I hope everyone's day is running along ok. I got over to Wakefield, so I could check out a couple of shops I used to visit. I was pleased to see the army stores was not only still open, when most have closed, but quite busy. The antiques centre was still in the same shopping precinct, but in much smaller premises than before, and so it didn't take me long to look round. I'm just killing some time at a juice bar

It was some sort of "Caribbean' concoction Dave, orange juice, pineapple, and mango I think. Tasted mainly of orange juice! Hope things get easier for you as the mercury rises buddy, places here could do with cranking up the air-con a bit Cool mug there with your Lamb

Good morning Guardians !

We came within one dewpoint of breaking the record yesterday morning. It was 81° with a dewpoint of 81° at 6am we then had a high temperature 98°
When I woke up I couldn't see out of my windows for the condensation on the glass.

It's better today but will still be in the low 90's but a bit less humid at least.

Big I*XL today for TBT
