Yes it is David Tomorrow is a long weekend here. The holiday, which is only celebrated in Canada and Scotland, began as a celebration to honour Queen Victoria's birthday. The British queen was born on May 24, 1819. The Monday before May 25 then became known as Victoria Day, which is a Canadian statutory holiday. This year it lands on my birthday May 20th
