Looks to me like you have your calorie and liquid intake down pat.
It's hiding out with the rest of my knives while I pack up for the remodel.
I kept three Lamsfoot knives out for daily use while I have to move out of the house for a couple of weeks.

Good evening, folks. Nice to spend a bit of time today getting caught up here after returning from my trip, the thread certainly does not disappoint.
Thank you all for the compliments and good wishes, fellas! Though I had a terrific time, I did not return with either an elk or deer this go around but there is still plenty of time left in the season. I experienced some stunning country, had some close encounters, and got to fill my lungs with some beautifully clean mountain air.
I have a LOT of pictures to process and go through but in the meantime, I will provide this one. I came home to yet another bountiful harvest, the tomatoes shown are just a fraction of what has been produced and there is so much more to come. A good year for them, I guess.
That is a great harvest to come home to, and has made for a fantastic photo Impressive-looking tomatoes my friend Occurred to me yesterday morning I hadn't toted the ironwood in a while.
