Rattlesnakes at least give you a warning...the quite and aggressive ones are a bit spooky! We have Cottonmouths here, which are aggressive, but fortunately only near water;View attachment 1191745 Hey mate just saw your post. We had an official warning over here yesterday for the start of the snake season. This is a Brown Snake striking, "NOT GOOD". They say one drop of it's venom can kill up to 1000 mice. I know you said "Joe Blakes" do not worry you, but these are B------S of things, i have had 2 have a go at me when i have been out bush. You have a good weekend mate.

Then we had these *#@ Sand Vipers in the gulf, like we didn't have enough things to worry about!

Spiders are just so small and hang out in places you put your hands...
