Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Look forward to how it comes out, Leon!🤓👍
Thanks mate, i will be showing some photos when done, would love your opinion, it has been an interesting journey i will say, and like a good spy novel has had a few twists and turns and not gone to plan. 🤯 🤯 🤯 😜. But it has been a good learning experience and have gleamed some very useful information that will be able to help others into the future if they also decide to go down this path. Good to see you report Dennis, hope your going okay and have a good weekend mate.😍🤝

Hey Harvey! :) It's great to see you here my friend, how are you doing? I'm sure I'm not alone in having missed you, and your unique photos. That's a venerable old beauty there :)

Hey Harvey, so good to see you :)
I was thinking about you and your wonderful lamb and desserts treats photos just the other day. 🐏 🥞🍰:)

Harvey!!
Great to see your post!
Hope it becomes a habit soon!
And a nice photo as well!😎👍
Thank you for the nice words, friends. i do miss all the banter and the beautiful lambs.

Well that's annoying Jack, especially as were literally swimming in the stuff.
At least it'll give you time to save up to buy a pint without having to resort to mortgaging a vital organ. 🧑‍⚕️🫀😁
Yeah, it's bad here, but even worse in the South-East - of course! 😡

Fuel aside, I wouldn't be surprised if the cancellation wasn't more to do with my mate's missus wanting to use the car that day or something
Thanks Jack. At least stag is more resilient to biblical flood; which is what were going to get if it doesn't stop raining over here.

Just planning winter stuff using a book that was a very generous gift off Jack last summer. It's a 1949 guide to all things historic in the UK.

I didn't go out yesterday, as it was raining hard all day. Not much better today either :( I'd forgotten about that book, nice photo
Got this in the sky rocket this week.

That looks a bit like mammoth ivory! :D
I just seen him mentioned the other day in a documentary, and when they found him.
That's an interesting story in itself
Sounds like a great way to end the day!!😀 We need more good stories today for sure, even as simple as an appreciated dessert and shown gratitude!
The cheescake was delicious too :)
Glad to hear that your mate is doing better, Jack! 🙂👍
Thanks a lot Dennis, I spoke to him on Wednesday, and he sounded almost back to normal. He's been lucky, as he's a big bloke with a range of other health problems. I'll give him a ring later
A very dynamic duo, Jack! Hope you had a great day today!
Thank you my friend, had a good evening :)
More Betty today...

Well, it's great to see you here Harvey :) Wonderful pics my friend :)

Good morning Guardians, hope everyone has made it through another week OK. I usually meat up with a pal on Fridays, but he has had to cancel on me, as he's getting his boiler serviced. With the weather the way it is, I might just find something to do indoors, certainly no shortage of jobs I should be getting on with  Have a good Friday Guardians, and I hope you have something pleasant planned for the weekend, even if it's just putting your feet up ;)

Thank you very much Harvey, you too my friend, what have you been up to lately? It's nice to see that Lockwood Brothers Lamb, great photo there :)

Good morning Guardians, the weather isn't good here I'm afraid, with a forecast of worse to come, so I won't be going out for a walk today, unless it's just around the neighbourhood. I have plenty I need to do at home anyway. I hope you're all up to something more exciting today ;) Got my Hartshead Barlow back in my pocket again :) Have a great Saturday Guardians :)

Back in town from a trip to the Gettysburg Battlefield. Stayed at a nice B&B (The Brickhouse Inn) and had perfect weather. Wonderful week spent up in the Pocono mountains after Gettysburg.:) With great friends and great food too:thumbsup: Had to make sure I had my HHB in the car because we had to go through security at the battlefield museum.IMG_3187.JPG

Cool background for the Silent Lamb Jer  It reminds me that I had an idea to write something about that knife the other week, gone right out of my head now! :(

Sounds like a fantastic trip Bill, I'm glad your Hartshead Barlow got to share the trip :)
I'll be staying home to catch up on paperwork and grading...
I've done a load of housework, then some cooking, but got to watch a little more Sopranos with the spaghetti and meatballs :D Had some nice wine, but as I have a meeting tomorrow, I'm not allowed any more 😢 Nice photo John
