Yeah, it's bad here, but even worse in the South-East - of course!
Fuel aside, I wouldn't be surprised if the cancellation wasn't more to do with my mate's missus wanting to use the car that day or something
Thanks Jack. At least stag is more resilient to biblical flood; which is what were going to get if it doesn't stop raining over here.
Just planning winter stuff using a book that was a very generous gift off Jack last summer. It's a 1949 guide to all things historic in the UK.
I didn't go out yesterday, as it was raining hard all day. Not much better today either

I'd forgotten about that book, nice photo
Got this in the sky rocket this week.
Good choice Leon
Still bubbling away and doing it's thing.
That looks a bit like mammoth ivory!
I just seen him mentioned the other day in a documentary, and when they found him.
That's an interesting story in itself
Sounds like a great way to end the day!!

We need more good stories today for sure, even as simple as an appreciated dessert and shown gratitude!
The cheescake was delicious too
Glad to hear that your mate is doing better, Jack!

Thanks a lot Dennis, I spoke to him on Wednesday, and he sounded almost back to normal. He's been lucky, as he's a big bloke with a range of other health problems. I'll give him a ring later
A very dynamic duo, Jack! Hope you had a great day today!
Thank you my friend, had a good evening
Betty is looking good Dennis

Hope you're doing well yourself buddy
Looking forward to learning the apple mate
Well, it's great to see you here Harvey

Wonderful pics my friend
Good morning Guardians, hope everyone has made it through another week OK. I usually meat up with a pal on Fridays, but he has had to cancel on me, as he's getting his boiler serviced. With the weather the way it is, I might just find something to do indoors, certainly no shortage of jobs I should be getting on with

Have a good Friday Guardians, and I hope you have something pleasant planned for the weekend, even if it's just putting your feet up
