Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Well.....#@%₩...
I had a multi-quote going, then it all disappeared!😬🤬

I'll just say I've enjoyed reading posts, and thanks for the kind greatings back! (Although we may have gone amiss with the whole bean in the chili thing🤣)!

So game night with Big Bagpipes Black Betty.

I'd eat that, Jack, as long as there are no mushrooms! Looks good.
Thanks Vince :) Great to see you here buddy, hope you had a good Christmas, and that you're keeping well :)

Hate it when that happens! 🤬 Looks you've been having fun though Dennis :)

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing well, and getting through the week OK. Crazy Covid rates here, well over 1,000,000 new reported cases in the past week (more than 2M having to self-isolate), 10,000 hospitalisations, and nearly a thousand deaths  Looks like it's going to continue getting worse too :( More than 50,000 new cases being reported still each day in the US, so I hope you're all staying safe and keeping well. I know a couple of people who have it locally, but neither has had to go into hospital fortunately. Energy bills are sky-rocketing here too, along with food prices. I'm keeping my Lambsfoot close for when the zombies start appearing  Another cold day here, but no rain, and I'll be going out for a walk later, to pay my electricity bill  Have a good day Guardians

This knife reminds me to hope that knifeswapper knifeswapper is happier than he was when he had to put the Italian lamb on hold.

A friend of my brother's went to the emergency room with a mild stroke, and was told to go home because he was just old. His wife brought him back, and they left him in a corridor instead of putting him in a room. My brother thinks they forgot him, but I think it's more likely they had nowhere else to put him.

A thoughtful reminder Jer, I also hope Mike is doing OK. That's terrible about your brother's friend, and sadly, the sort of thing I'm hearing it all the time at the moment :(

Yeah. With my guts, they scheduled an ASAP CT because that would be faster than the ER. When I was in ER for my first rabies shots, they apparently had only one nurse who could do it, and she had to leave me mid shots to receive an ambulance. I don't know how they're hanging on.
At least we:mad: still have our rights.

It's over 2 years since I was last able to see a doctor or dentist. The old feller next door, aged 79, has been waiting for cataract surgery best part of a year. The operation keeps getting cancelled, poor old feller wasn't even able to send any Xmas cards, as he couldn't see to write them. Our health service is completely overwhelmed here, with health workers leaving in droves, because of the poor pay and appalling conditions. Just hoping I don't get seriously ill, or have an accident, because anyone in that situation is between a rock and a hard place here at the moment :(

Got chilli on the stove ;)

Jack, that chili looks as though it might have a little kick to it😅! Hopefully your HHB won't take a fall into that and find out LOL.😄
I've been messing around with cameras all afternoon o_O I much prefer the simplicity of a Lambsfoot!;)

I like the Canon cameras too. At the moment, I only have a G10 but it does everything that I need it to do. No telephoto lens though so I have to rely on digital magnification. Not the best way and very limited. Nice photo of you HHB.

Good morning Guardians, hope everyone is doing well. Still getting the Christmas decorations put away and getting our home back in order from the holidays and I learned that my brother-in-law and his wife and her sister are coming in for 5 days. It's going to be a busy few days. I'll be using my HHB to cut up some boxes, etc.

I made it pretty hot Bill, that's not steam, it's SMOKE! 🤣 ;)

Nice Bill  Most of the time, I just carry that SX620 HS, and it has served me fairly well, particularly since I've never read the manual  :D I was thinking of upgrading to another Powershot recently, but it had the same 20.2MP sensor, even though there were a few nice additional features. I ended up buying an EOS M200, as it is still pretty compact, and will take my older EOS lenses with an adapter. Picked up a new mini tripod too, so all I need to do now is use the things, rather than just grabbing my Powershot! :D

I just took my decorations down, I don't know how anyone manages to do ANYTHING without a Lambsfoot in their pocket! :D Hope you got yours down too Bill, but it sounds like you're going to be busy. You take a great pic my friend :)

You've got it worse, all right.
It's a good time to be healthy.
