Thanks mate, while it's cold, it's a much brighter day than we've had for a week or so. There were a few snow flurries earlier, and a forecast for some "Arctic" weather later in the week, so I'll be finding out my thermals for the market this week!

My microskirt gluten-free vegan cookbook has two recipes for croissants, but I already have a new pic for today.

It's a nice one too Jer That cafe does two types of vegan croissants, one with apricot jam, and the other which is black. I've tried them both. The black one was very strange, it looks like a lump of coal, but tastes like...er...a croissant

Good day Guardians! It’s a cloudy dreary day in city by the bay. Perfect for a trip to the PO to mail off a knife trade package. Of course I had to stop by my favorite bagel shop and pick up a breakfast sandwich with two eggs and brisket. Had to take it home due to COVID-19 restrictions but that’s ok because they don’t have Henderson’s. Mr. May decided to keep me company.

Cheers Guardians, found this in the fridge Hope the first week of a new year has been kind to you so far My mate is coming round with his kids, and the dog in the morning, and we're going for a (short) walk in the woods. Had the family over last night for Second Christmas.
I BBQ-ed some ribs and steaks, and my Brother-in-Law brought his famous hot chili.
I was also able to complete all my work for the start of a new semester, so nothing to do today but watch some football.

Hey, great excuse for over eating and watching football ...and maybe another present AGAIN! You got this figured out John! Hope you had a good one my friend!

Kim did get me a Go-Pro 8 and a gamble last year, things are pretty fun! Still working with the whole "raw" format then post editing with software...

I do hope everyone is doing well so far this year, and hope it's a might better than last year!
