I've become a kind of BF lurker lately it seems. :( Oh, well, time flies like an arrow (and fruit flies like a banana). 😁 (I think I'll try to find an opportunity to use that each week.)

I have the same dental hygienist every time I go in for my 6 month checkup and cleaning. She is wonderful but I hate that cleaning tip to be sure.

Good morning Guardians, The day is starting off real fine here in coast southern NC. Being a Commissioner on our Water utility I have to attend a special meeting this evening to address some legal matters. Not the most interesting stuff but it has to be done. I'll have my trusty HHB with me all day.

Thanks a lot Bill, I had a busy morning, but I went into town to meet my friends for lunch, and a lengthy chat, before doing some shopping, and heading home :thumbsup:

Thanks a lot guys, I haven't had much luck lately! :rolleyes: I've had a hot bath, taken some anti-inflammatories, and I'm going to try to keep moving about as best I can (rather than sitting here!). I won't really know until I wake up tomorrow :thumbsup:
