Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Jack, your post really struck a chord with me. The truth be told; new isn't always better. Your story makes me think about the way things used to be. The term "old school" that seems to be , at times. to be derogatory is more often than not used by those who can't muster up what it takes to "get it right". I will admit that new ways and things have led to higher quality of life (and I'm grateful for it) in many respects but not in everything. With all that being said call me "old school".
There are only two things I hate:
The way things are, and change.

Brilliant Quote. 😁

Glad you got out without upsetting your back... hopefully a sign of some improvement.

Good Morning Guardians
Where did the Summer go? I have to start work tomorrow, so today's the last official day of vacation. It's been a good relaxing Summer with a few exciting outings. Mostly I've just been playing Drum Corps Fan and watching the Mandarins compete every two or three days for the past two months. They are in their final week of competitions before finals begin in Indiana. They are currently sitting in 9th and I have hopes that they can move up to 8th... Fingers crossed. Also, their highest score ever has been a 89.00, and they just scored a 88.5 last night, so I'm hopeful they can break 90 at finals. Go Mandarins. Also, in other news, there's a real live football game tonight... Woohoo!

I feel for you John (it's only the first week of the school holidays here) ☹️ I used to know a school headmaster (principal), and he was never without his 'I Hate Skool' button on his lapel 😁 I hope (against the odds) that you have a gentle return to the chalk-face buddy 🙂 Go Mandarins! 🍻👍

My back is on the mend, but I'm being a bit careful in terms of avoiding things I know might set it back again, roso I'm still avoiding sitting at my desk, and currently posting from my phone still. Apologies for another recycled pic. Have a good day Guardians 👍
Love hearing you’re on the mend. Keep it up.

From your telling, your Summer has been as nice as your Lambfoot.

Thank you very much Harvey, that's very kind of you :)

Wow! You've really captured that magnificent jigging well 😎👍

Thank you Jack. This one was the work of a master.
In the olden days, there were 'Scale Manufacturers', who employed specialists to jig the bone. We don't need to imagine just how good they would have got at the task, we can see for ourselves, in examples like that 👍

Fine looking Senator.
