After having my covid vaccination, I nipped across the road for some sustenance, in the form of a couple of samosas, and a can of ginger beer

I was expecting to have to wait in today, but the Royal Mail are on strike, so I wewnt down to Charlie's cafe, and snatched up a coffee and croissant Two more stamps, and I get a free knife!

I called in to see Barber Brian, and got a haircut. While waiting to go in the chair, I got chatting to a feller who turned out to be the former landlord of a notorious Leeds pub, 'The Whip', which was rough as a badger's backside, but sold more beer than the rest of the pubs in Leeds city centre combined!

After leaving Brian, I decided to have some Vietnamese Pho before leaving the market

Turns out one of my packages is coming by courier, so hopefully that'll be here soon Hope everyone else is having a good day

Thank you David When I was in the supermarket the other day I bought some good quality British-grown Vivaldi potatoes, and a couple of pies. I had a chicken and mushroom pie the other day, so today I thought I'd have a change - minced steak and onion!

It's like he cut it on the left hand side, and just forgot to cut the other side! I doubled the cost of the haircut with a tip too! I'm annoyed about having to go back, I have a real simple haircut, and cut my own hair for 30 years. I only go to see Brian because I like the guy, and don't want him to go bust, but a half-blind barber is as useless as Old Don from Casino
