Be careful out there pal!
Fab photo Dwight, I love the look of that soupy stag!
That's both unusual and interesting Ed, I wonder if the dealer specified a lighter pull (and better F & F)? Certainly an attractive knife, and a generous giftAlong with some of my other carries, I've been carrying this "Short Bolster" (my description) Barlow, Standard, Lambfoot. It was gifted to me by Dansf fanatic and I'm sure he'll discover the ways of his generosity when I have to tell all you guys and gals what a great knife it is. First off, it's not a nail ripper. It has a moderate pull of around a 4 and the blade eases into the open position with a positive snap. I had to flush it out quite a few times to get the snap but snap it does. Secondly, the Ebony covers are very dark with even a slight oily feel when stroked. The spring is perfectly flush when in the closed position and when in the open position and the blade is centered in the well when closed. Yep, "Ole Dan" will be slapping himself silly when he reads this write-up and No Dan, yer not getting it back. It's one of the nicest knives I've seen come out of A.Wright in a long, long, time. It's a looker and a doer.

Ed, no need for self flagellation on my part. I just got the vendor to send me one of his seconds and with a little TLC it’s starting to look good.Along with some of my other carries, I've been carrying this "Short Bolster" (my description) Barlow, Standard, Lambfoot. That is one really nice looking piece of cutlery. Those who have not experienced the Lambsfoot would certainly see their attraction and usefulness if they could hold and feel that fine example. Nice knife Ed., I've been carrying this "Short Bolster" (my description) Barlow, Standard, Lambfoot. I
