Looks like great weather there Pete, and that's a nice crisp pic of your Blood Lamb :) Great way to start tyhe day
Cool pic Dwight :)
Sounds like my kinda place. πŸ‘
Our small Mexican community seem to like it Todd, as do I :) I must confess that the first time I had Tommy's Margharitas there, I thought they were named for the barman or something :D ;)
Jack, I agree with John, Lucy has to stay out for Monday. Even if you put her away she’ll still find her way out! 🀣
That's my plan buddy, unless Lucy gets too naughty, in which case I'll be Taking her out for a stake! :D ;)

Sweet photo Jack. πŸ˜„πŸ‘
Thanks pal :D

Good morning Guardians. It’s been a few weeks between fires for me. Feels good to be home on a weekend. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘View attachment 1972717
With having sciatica over the summer, it's been ages since I had a fire :( This weekend, but many of my friends are tied up with their kids. That's a great shot Todd, enjoy your fire my friend :)

Great lighting and perspective of your Lambfoot.

Thank you Harvey!

Excellent find David, the profile of the Lambsfoot blade is beautiful, and in great condition  Nice to see a 'clean and square joint'. do the covers feel hard like plastic, or slightly softer with a little more friction? The covers on this (much less attractive) Milner are:thumbsup: 'compressed fibre', rather than Bexoid

Thank you Jack! After looking at your pic the IXL and the William Rodgers I believe you're right it's compressed fibre. Didn't know about the compressed fibre covers. Thanks.

Morning Guardians! Hope all is well with you'al. Ethan is back in the saddle today.KIMG4352~2.JPG

Good morning Guardians. Rainy and chilly here in coastal southern NC today. Going to kick back and relax after my walk and workout today. Originally planned on drilling holes in my concrete patio to secure some fasteners for a large cantilevered umbrella. I've been trying to get this done foe the past few days but the rain has curtailed my plans. Running a high powered electric drill out in the rain is no bueno. I'll be carrying my HHB today.

It's one of those weird Sheffield materials, you see it in various forms David :) Hope Ethan is enjoying Stag Saturday :)

You're busy man Bill, but take care, you don't want to end up like granny! :D ;) Your Hartshead Barlow looks as handsome as ever  :)

Good morning Guardians, it's cold, wet, and windy here, with heavy rain due to last all day, so my walking plans have had to be jettisoned, and if the rain keeps up, I might just do some housework  🀣 I hope everyone is doing OK, and that you have something interesting or exciting planned, or just sitting there with your feet up :D Whatever you do Guardians, have a great weekend :)

I can feel the warmth of the fire removing the chill in my bones, Todd.

The night is descending rapidly on Grumble Towers, and I thought I might watch a movie once Lucy is back in her box ;) I'm not a fan of modern 'slasher' films, and as a consequence I don't have too many horror films (though certainly more than I was able to find). What should it be, I pondered, perhaps one of Guillermo del Toro's cerebral ghost stories, or perhaps one of the Hammer Horror classics...

Or I could just watch some complete tripe! 🀣

I agree. There is just something about staring into a fire that’s so relaxing. πŸ‘

Nice image John, cool milk bottle. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘
A little sanding and red mahogany stain has imho added some warmth to the handle covers. πŸ˜ƒ
