Finally getting some much needed rain.

Yesterday was the first of November here, one month out from our start to Summer. Not far from where i am at the moment we had snow, mother nature at her best. Boy it was cold.

Good morning Guardians. Went out for a nice walk and workout (at our community's fitness center). I'm feeling really good and to top that off I've lost about 15 pounds. Energy level way up but boy am I ever hungry. Going with my HHB today.
