I sure do Dwight. Had three students misbehave for the substitute teacher while I was out of town. The class decided to charge them and put them on trial. They appointed attorneys, called witnesses, presented evidence, and in the end handed down a conviction. Turned it into a mini civics lesson.

Did they appoint a firing squad?!

I'll be going out of town myself soon

He suffered for a long time so it’s bitter sweet , you hate to say good bye , but you are thankful the pain is gone .

Cold on the market today, temperatures in the 20's, and a biting wind I was very well wrapped up, but the cold still gets you on the end - standing on bare concrete! I did a full 7 hours though, and treated everyone to chips and (thick brown) gravy. Leeds market seems to be a magnet for eccentrics! Hope everyone is having a good day

Good morning Guardians, Hope everyone is feeling well. I’ve had 25% of the kids absent from my first two classes today. It typically goes up as the day goes on because kids are sick and they leave school. Going to get my vitamins and keep my hands clean for sure.

This morning I did some errands and picked up some spear lilies which I got ready for the vase with my lambsfoot. We’ve been getting some rain which is very much needed. Now I’m happy to be enjoying a cup of coffee sitting out back with my cat. The turkeys have yet to come around but so far besides the usual finches and sparrows the quail, stellar jays and scrub jays have made appearances. The deer are pretty used to me and get pretty close but I haven’t seen them yet. The skunks are around at night but so far I’ve prevented them from taking residence under the cabin. Here’s a pic.
