Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

The Angel, Rose and Lamb... sounds like a great pub name. 🤠
😁
Safe travels to you, my friend. 🤠
Traveling seems like such a hardship these days, I have no interest in it at all.
First it's really expensive, then it's very time-consuming, and then you have to prove to everyone you're not a terrorist... humiliating.
I certainly hope your trip is less of a hassle and you're able to enjoy your get-away. Can't wait to hear reports... we will hold down the fort while you're gone.
Many thanks pal, I used to travel all the time, but these last ten years, it has got so difficult, and my money isn't worth much anywhere these days. I have had to download so many forms, and jump through so many hoops, already, and I'm not even at the airport yet! I'm not surprised that fewer people are travelling internationally :(
But on a serious note, where would an American look to get him a lambfoot? All I seemingly can find online is links to Sheffield directly.
Read this

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Thought I'd carry Charlie Lamb today :) Have a good Sunday Guardians

You do the same, my friend.
My flight to Fuerteventura is at 8.50am on Tuesday morning, which I thought was quite a reasonable hour, until I realised that despite checking in online, and obtaining my boarding pass, I still have to be at the airport at least 3 hours before my flight  It's about a 45 minute drive to the airport, and I'll need to get up about an hour before my taxi comes, which means I'm not going to get a lot of sleep :( All part of the reason I don't travel so much anymore, and I doubt I'm alone. Sorting out Covid passes, insurance, transfers, post Brexit health cover, etc, etc has been a lot of work. 'Border Force' are on strike, and while Leeds airport isn't one of those directly affected, it may be indirectly affected. I don't mind another few days in Fuerteventura, so long as I don't have to spend them in the airport! I'm looking forward to seeing the sun again though, (forecast temperature is 75f on the day I arrive, 50 degrees higher than here), and having a break :) Apparently, wi-fi is rather patchy where I'm going, and since Britain is no longer part of the European Union, calls are expensive, but I'll try to keep in touch while I'm away. If I can't get online, I hope the Guardians will pull together, as you generally do, to keep this thread in good order  Wee Staggy will be accompanying me, so I hope he has a safe journey in my checked suitcase. I'm taking a couple of cameras with me, so hopefully I'll have a few pics of him to share, upon my return

From the looks of things, I’m hoping you’ll have a great time. You’ll certainly have an adventure. Bon Voyage!🌝

Nice find, Bob.
Love the colors in that picture, Harvey. 🤠
Thank you John.

Good morning Guardians. Went out for my 3 mile stroll around the neighborhood this morning.👍 A bit nippy out but I dressed for it and actually worked up a bit of a sweat.😊 Most homes that are going to be decorated for the holiday season have done so by now and it's great to see it all.👍 I still have wrapping to do but the hard part (ie shopping) is done.:D

My HHB is helping with breaking down boxes (soon to be wrapped presents) today.

Thanks Harvey, I hope so :) I'm going to the Jandia area, down in the south of the island, a couple of miles from Morro Jable

Thank you, Jack. :)
It's my Rosewood faithful, just looking a little dark in the picture.
Nice Lamb....ice fishing??
Thank you, very much. :)
I've never been ice fishing, but I have been fishing with ice.
Fishing rivers with big ice sheets flowing down stream... and my friend yelling, "This is DANGEROUS!" 🤣

😁😁 So you tend to lead friends astray?

Jack, I hope your travel goes as smoothly as possible, and that you have a happy (and warm) Christmas! 😎

We’ll try not to burn the place down in your absence. 😉
