Good evening Guardianship. I am a bit behind in the thread but I’ll catch up. We had our department “safety meeting”/team build today. What better than to make the guys build ginger bread houses? LOL. They were suspect until the competitor spirit overtook their misgivings. We handed out first prize for most creative and tallest house to survive.

Why can't we have meetings like that, instead of our usual "sensitivity" training or learning the latest and greatest grade book.
They look like my kind of people too, everybody wearing jeans and boots. I'm the only one wearing jeans and boots at my work.

Watching the guys plan and execute was fun. We randomly assigned the teams so they were forced to work with others they don’t see every day. Mix of stormwater, streets, traffic, fleet, facilities and transit staff

Maybe when I retire.

Sounds like a plan! Lots to do in the area for a trip
