Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Wow...🤔 I can just imagine the paths these knives have traveled.
I'm sure the owners were not collectors.
Maybe they were collectors of rock samples or something Bob! 🤣👍

I think my TT has been broken at some point, but I do enjoy seeing a well-used old knife. I have had a number of Lambsfoot knives, which have been used to the point where the blades were little more than needles, but they were still sharp, and clearly must have been carried 😎👍

ce pic of your lovely 2-blade TEW Harvey :)
Thank you Jack
I've got far worse Bob! :D I have bought knives, which were almost completely ruined, to get a particular jigging pattern. I bought this old Thomas Turner Lambsfoot for the bolster, which I'd hoped to replicate

Awesome grain in those handles. 😎👍
Thank you Todd.

Yes with original mammoth bone handles.😆

Such a cool Lambsfoot, Dwight! 😎

I’m more afraid of home service professionals than I am of the Grim Reaper.

I agree with you Harvey. Unfortunately plumbing (at least this kind of plumbing) and HVAC are outside of my DIY capabilities.

LOL! :D The guy spent the previous 2 days trying to persuade me how ancient my old PC was, so I made the point that even THAT had WIFI/Bluetooth as standard! 🤨 I've since realised he's installed the drives wrong, and it's indicating the internal battery is low 🤬

Wow. 🤣

Oh no! :( Sorry to hear this Barrett, is it fixed yet?

Not yet, they’re still here working on it.

My snowblower still works, I got to the wet snow before it got too deep for my impellers, and the continuing snowfall has been light enough to keep melting on the warm enough concrete.

I was talking to someone, who told me it was going to be sunny here tomorrow. Maybe, but I'm not seeing that in the weather forecast, supposed to be in the 40's though

I've seen quite a lot of the market this week, but I'm still looking forward to my Thursday visit :) Going to stick with my Hartshead Barlow I think

Hope you're not without heating and hot water much longer buddy 👍👍

Thankfully it’s just the hot water. The heating is a forced air furnace, but it and the water heater share an exhaust flue, which has to be updated to meet code. They will have to shut the furnace off to do the flue, but only for a short time. Unfortunately there’s a part they didn’t have, which means they couldn’t finish today, so still no hot water until tomorrow. 🙄
