So many things have become so complicated Harvey

I called in at the recently-built, and overly-large Customer Services office at Leeds bus station, and was handed a slip, with a list of phone numbers for the different bus companies - typed in the tiniest font!

I called the required number, listened to a list of options, (Lost Property being number 8 - the last!), and then got another automated message, asking me to download the company 'app'. I filled out the tedious online form, and eventually received an automated reply, telling me they'd have a look, but it might be a while
Thanks Harvey, it's been a long day I'm afraid. Good to see Tool Man, and a few other folks, though

Great pics my friend

Looking good Todd, and good news on the work front
Another great pic of the SamDamLamb buddy!
Thanks pal, I was glad to get home!
Fantastic photo Jon
I don't think you're alone in that thought Paul
It was very good, thanks, my friend

I am usually back home by around 3pm, but was kept in town by my incompetent pharmacist - ex pharmacist - so I thought I'd better get something to eat

I hope everyone has had a good day
I've had a mixed day, very tiring, and rather trying at times, but it was good to see Tool Man. I can't say his diet has improved much I'm afraid

Not sure how many burgers the greedy sod has managed to cram in there!
Later in the day, I tried to tempt him with vegetables, but he preferred to consume a custard tart even bigger than his fat face!
About a year ago, someone gave Tool Man a bunch of old record players, and he had a plan for a partner to repair them, so he could sell them. That quickly fell through, and they have been in his damp shed, until last week, when a couple of his pals spent some time getting some of them working. Tool Man has been quite excited, but it means that he has neglected his tool business, and as I told him, he "had a right load of old $£@&%" on his stall today, with a handful of the record players taking up half the space on his stall. They're a novelty, but he knows nothing about them, and not many people passing through Leeds market are prepared to drop £50 on a mediocre vintage electrical item, sold from a market stall, particularly when there's a better-dressed, less uncouth, and well-established bloke, who knows a lot about them, selling similar items a few stalls away. Not a single one was sold, and very few tools were sold too. So Tool Man did not have a good day financially

I did not spare him my thoughts on the matter!
As has happened before, I had to call in several times at the pharmacy who messed up my prescription last week. The new prescription should have been ready to collect on Tuesday, but it was late afternoon today before I eventually got it. At one point they had the cheek to tell me that I should have ordered it earlier, which was the last straw for me, and I won't be using them again. What a self-pitying, and ill-mannered, bunch of incompetents. I would have told them that I had worked in the pharmacy of Gaza Hospital,
Shatila Refugee Camp, Beirut, at a time when it was regularly bombed, but I figured they wouldn't know what I was talking about
Staying at the market later than usual meant I got to see Mrs Tool Man, and I will be having a drink with them, and the other Teds, on Saturday. Unfortunately though, this clashes with York Viking Festival, which I look forward to attending. I will miss the main events, including the parade, but I might try and get over for a few hours tomorrow. It's already 7.30pm here though, and I have quite a few things to do if I'm going to be able to take another day off
