Have to head out early for a cornhole tournament, but wanted to get this posted.
It was a special delivery package from my buddy, Todd... He's so generous. I love the polished stag handles (his work), it has an old world charm to it. This may be my new favorite carry for a while, it has a nice 'heft' to it and and I love the way it looks. Thank, Todd.

Days off are glorious. Especially when it is in the 40s. Think I may go walk a nice trail and just enjoy being outside. Crazy because 5 months ago 40s in El paso would be considered cold. The Buffalo Nickel (officially the Indian Head Nickel) is a U.S. five-cent coin featuring a portrait of a Native American Indian on one side and an image of a buffalo (bison) on the other. It was designed by sculptor James Earle Fraser in 1912 as part of the U.S. Mint's campaign to beautify American coinage.

It's my favourite coin. I think they stopped making them in the late '30's, when it was replaced with the Jefferson nickel.

Thank you Dwight. I’m no expert, but…The knife looks like a newish iteration, with its’ small eo notch, and this level of stag makes it either someone’ order with some cutler. The tang is AW, suggesting AC, or a mester. A very nicely built Lambfoot.

Stellar pictures, Harvey, as always, and look at that Stag! I can't quite make out the tang stamp and you may have answered this already in your response to Dwight but do you know much more about it other than the initials?

Sorry my appearances have been so sporadic lately fellas! I can't really speak much about it just yet (although a few forum members will no what I'm talking about), but I've been working on a little something that's been eating a lot of my spare time. I still poke my head in here every couple of days though.

Things are starting to calm down a little bit, so hopefully I'll be able to keep up with the thread a little better.

Today is my nephew’s second birthday so the cousin crew is all getting together to cause some havoc. Between my brother, in-laws, and myself, we have four ~two-year-old children that are all within six months of each other. It should be a crazy mess. I can’t wait!

Thank you Jack. Hope you are recovering from your travels yesterday. I would have enjoyed immersing myself in the viking celebration.
I did alot of ocean racing on a sailboat owned by a Norwegian. Everyday was an adventure with him!
