Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Spotted this yesterday, and thought I'd give it a try :)

Hope it’s tasty!

Healthy lunch ;)

Too healthy for me. Needs less tomato and more bacon. 😉🤣

I love the way the HHB bolsters will develop patina along with the blade.

Nice shot of the HHB Jack. Do you ever get any funny looks if folks see you taking a picture of your knife? I know I have been caught a few times! 🤣

I do my best to not care, but there are times when I’ve not taken a knife pic because there were too many people around. Sometimes I’ll stand around somewhere waiting for people to leave or walk past.

Thanks Todd, for the most part, I try to be brazenly discreet :D ;)

Great pic, Jack! 🤣 I’m glad you were photographing a Lambsfoot there, otherwise we might’ve had to give you an infraction. 😉

Cool, rainy day here. I was really enjoying the four days or so that we had in the 70s and 80s, but I guess we’re still in Minnesota and summer is still a ways off.

Happy weekend everyone. Slow day at work. Just driving through the woods getting familiar with my new surroundings. Weather is still great but that will change starting tommorrow. Got the Charlie lamb in the pocket.

Looks like a nice day Paul, hope you're enjoying your Charlie Lamb :)
Hope it’s tasty!
I'll be sure to report my friend :) I have one or two still to try :)

I had quite a lot of tomatoes in the fridge in need of using, and they are dearer than steak here at the moment, let alone bacon! I ended up eating more tomatoes today than I meant to though, I was planning on making a Bolognese sauce to have with some penne or rigatoni, so I started frying the onions and garlic, but then couldn't find the mince (ground beef), I was sure was in my freezer. The only thing I could find in there was meatballs - but they weren't MEATballs, (I can't actually remember what they were called), left over from Lent! If I'd known about the lack of mince, I'd have made a different dish, but needs must  ;)

Thanks mate, that was always my plan :)

Sounds like you need a 'spotter' Barrett! :D ;)

I can't remember the last day when I didn't carry at least one Lambsfoot! :D Going back a few years for sure :)

Hope you get some better weather soon my friend :)

It might be Spring here.

Nice pic Jer :) My daffs came out very early again this year (as they did the 2 previous years), it can't have been later than February. They were snowed on a couple of times, but that, and the frost, didn't seem to bother them too much, and they're still in bloom :)

I have a few out front that get the snow pushed off the porch on them. They've done less well this year.

🤣 I’ve done that before also Barrett. I remember when we were at dinner together during the knife show, you took your knife out to take a picture and we all politely paused our conversation and then resumed when you were finished. I wish all folks had such proper knife etiquette! 🤣

That’s our forecast for tomorrow. 🙄

I’ve never really enjoyed raw tomatoes, but I do like them cooked down into a sauce, particular if you spread that sauce over some dough, cover it with cheese and pepperoni and/or other toppings and bake it. 😉 When I was a kid, I wouldn’t eat red sauce with pasta, but I love it now. (I also didn’t like hamburgers as a kid… I don’t what was wrong with me?!)

Sorry you had to wing it with your pasta dish, but it still looks pretty tasty!

Exactly! 🤣

My Forum attendance has been abysmal lately. My apologies for the delayed response. I’ll blame it on my own “full house” - 3 boys, 2 girls…

I actually bought the SamDamLamb to commemorate the birth of my middle child - she recently turned 4. What the heck has been happening to the time lately??

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well, and that I’ll get to check back in more frequently.

Cheers!

Good to see you here Mike and I love that lamb. Been awhile.
Stunning Dwight
Thank you Jack.
Got my Hartshead Barlow with me again ;) Have a good Saturday Guardians
Beautiful stage there.
Thank you Dwight. Those italians always do it with style. Very nice.
They most certainly do my friend. :D
That's a real dandy there Dwight!
Thank you kindly David.
Just driving through the woods
No better place to be. 👍
Needs less tomato and more bacon
I concur. 😁
but they weren't MEATballs, (I can't actually remember what they were called)

LOL! :D I didn't start liking tomatoes until I was in my teens, which is quite common apparently. I didn't like olives until I was turned 40! :D Strangely, as I get older, I find my tastes changing, and I'm going off things, not to the point where I really dislike them, but certainly I enjoy them less  Thanks buddy, I know what I'll be having for lunch tomorrow, I cooked way too much! :D ;)

Thank you Jack.

Beautiful stag there.
Thanks pal :)

LOL! :D TBH, if you didn't know, you might actually think they were meatballs, but just not very good meatballs! :D I heard a really unpleasant story involving a friend of a friend, and a Rottweiler, the other day, and I was hoping to avoid meatballs for a while!
Very cool, nice to see that Dwight :) Probably a stupid question, but do you collect coins? I know nothing about them, but would be happy to send you some over

Misery is what I thought of Bob! :D

Cool pic Michael, I hope you get your yard work done OK

If you have a read through the first couple of pages of this thread, you'll see that isn't a Lambsfoot @runscott . Would you be kind enough to edit the photo out of your post please, this thread is just for Lambsfoot knives

Thanks Jack, all done and ahead of the rain! I must admit yard work is my least favorite chore, and of course here the season runs March-November (this year we have the bonus of starting in February lol).

Thank you Bob.

:)

Wow! Congrats Paul! I didn't know you landed an Afzelia too. Spectacular lamb my friend!

It most certainly is. Gorgeous lamb. Refresh my memory Dan. What is that wood?

The horn on that baby is mesmerizing Bob. Good luck in Atlantic City. :D

Fine image of super fine ebony.

Sounds like a fun job, congrats! For some reason when you said "range" I pictured only a rifle range...
