Nice shot of the HHB Jack. Do you ever get any funny looks if folks see you taking a picture of your knife? I know I have been caught a few times!![]()
Thanks Todd, for the most part, I try to be brazenly discreet![]()

I have been caught a few times Todd, including byLove it! My daughter once took a picture of me taking a picture for the forum much like this photo. It wasn’t of my lamb so I won’t post it here, but it was pretty funny also.

I'll be sure to report my friendHope it’s tasty!![]()
I had quite a lot of tomatoes in the fridge in need of using, and they are dearer than steak here at the moment, let alone bacon!Too healthy for me. Needs less tomato and more bacon.![]()
Thanks mate, that was always my planI love the way the HHB bolsters will develop patina along with the blade.![]()
Sounds like you need a 'spotter' Barrett!I do my best to not care, but there are times when I’ve not taken a knife pic because there were too many people around. Sometimes I’ll stand around somewhere waiting for people to leave or walk past.
I can't remember the last day when I didn't carry at least one Lambsfoot!Great pic, Jack!I’m glad you were photographing a Lambsfoot there, otherwise we might’ve had to give you an infraction.

Hope you get some better weather soon my friendCool, rainy day here. I was really enjoying the four days or so that we had in the 70s and 80s, but I guess we’re still in Minnesota and summer is still a ways off.

I have a few out front that get the snow pushed off the porch on them. They've done less well this year.Nice pic JerMy daffs came out very early again this year (as they did the 2 previous years), it can't have been later than February. They were snowed on a couple of times, but that, and the frost, didn't seem to bother them too much, and they're still in bloom

Sorry to hear that mate, but I'm not surprised with all the snow you had!I have a few out front that get the snow pushed off the porch on them. They've done less well this year.

That’s our forecast for tomorrow.Cool, rainy day here. I was really enjoying the four days or so that we had in the 70s and 80s, but I guess we’re still in Minnesota and summer is still a ways off.

I had quite a lot of tomatoes in the fridge in need of using, and they are dearer than steak here at the moment, let alone bacon!I ended up eating more tomatoes today than I meant to though, I was planning on making a Bolognese sauce to have with some penne or rigatoni, so I started frying the onions and garlic, but then couldn't find the mince (ground beef), I was sure was in my freezer. The only thing I could find in there was meatballs - but they weren't MEATballs, (I can't actually remember what they were called), left over from Lent!
If I'd known about the lack of mince, I'd have made a different dish, but needs must

I’ve done that before also Barrett. I remember when we were at dinner together during the knife show, you took your knife out to take a picture and we all politely paused our conversation and then resumed when you were finished. I wish all folks had such proper knife etiquette!

Good to see you here Mike and I love that lamb. Been awhile. My Forum attendance has been abysmal lately. My apologies for the delayed response. I’ll blame it on my own “full house” - 3 boys, 2 girls…
I actually bought the SamDamLamb to commemorate the birth of my middle child - she recently turned 4. What the heck has been happening to the time lately??
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well, and that I’ll get to check back in more frequently.
Cheers!

Thank you kindly David. That's a real dandy there Dwight!
No better place to be.Just driving through the woods
I concur.Needs less tomato and more bacon
I know what I would call them.but they weren't MEATballs, (I can't actually remember what they were called)
LOL!I’ve never really enjoyed raw tomatoes, but I do like them cooked down into a sauce, particular if you spread that sauce over some dough, cover it with cheese and pepperoni and/or other toppings and bake it.When I was a kid, I wouldn’t eat red sauce with pasta, but I love it now. (I also didn’t like hamburgers as a kid… I don’t what was wrong with me?!)
Sorry you had to wing it with your pasta dish, but it still looks pretty tasty!![]()
Thanks palThank you Jack.
Beautiful stag there.
LOL!I know what I would call them.![]()

Wow! Congrats Paul! I didn't know you landed an Afzelia too. Spectacular lamb my friend!
It most certainly is. Gorgeous lamb. Refresh my memory Dan. What is that wood?
