Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks Jack, all done and ahead of the rain! I must admit yard work is my least favorite chore, and of course here the season runs March-November (this year we have the bonus of starting in February lol).
That's good Michael, that's a long season! :D

Spotted this yesterday, and thought I'd give it a try :)

I like siracha and I like smokey so will be interested to hear your report!

My son had this over at a friend's and brought a bottle home. I don't know why it says "very hot", I'd say "can be hot if you get a lot".

ETA: It is very smokey, and good imo.

Me too Michael, I'm hoping it's good, never even heard of it before :)

I reckon I can probably get hold of a bottle of that, and I like Marie Sharp's  Thanks for the tip Michael :) I know what you mean, I certainly haven't got an asbestos mouth, but I'm constantly surprised how some of the manufacturers overplay the heat  I'm certainly not going for any of those death-chilli type sauces though! :D ;) This spice mix was sent to me by Reaper AL Reaper AL , and it has good heat, but comes on really nice, if you know what I mean :)

Going with the double heat? Nice Jack.

While I like it "spicey" I don't do the death-chili dance either! You can probably tell Tabasco is my normal rut lol. My typical fresh peppers are jalapenos (I've taught my wife how to pick the hot ones and now she makes it a game to see if she can make me choke/cough) and serranos.

I'll have to look into that seasoning mix! Looks like a good swap for the typical cayenne-based Cajun seasoning.

Cruel! :D It's good Michael, I am glad to have it in the cupboard, and a little goes a LONG way! :D

Looks like a nice day Paul, hope you're enjoying your Charlie Lamb :)
It is, Jack. Nice and warm. I am enjoying the Charlie lamb a lot. Happy to have it.
Great pic of your Charlie Lamb !
Thank you, Steve.
No better place to be. 👍

Sounds like a fun job, congrats! For some reason when you said "range" I pictured only a rifle range...
Everything from pistol to artillery. It is a great job. Get to work with soldiers and law enforcement but get to go home every night. I have found my career I think.
Lol....wife is up $550 and was given a comp card. At least I feel no pain.😁
So she is up almost your K' Roo. Just keep drinking and she will keep collecting knife money 😃.

I wanted her to lose....to temper her enjoyment.😁 I won't see a dime of it.🤪

Afternoon Guardians. We took a great walk along the Plum Creek riparian zone today, celebrating Cinna’s 10th birthday.

Saw a Great Blue Heron and a Yellow-crowned Night Heron. Among the normal rascals, the squirrels that pester the pups. Anyway, I hope you all have had a good start to the weekend. 2805D5E7-C8C2-43E2-949D-7458BA38459D.jpegED0CEA33-67A8-4DCC-A4F5-F34BE0653695.jpeg232A1F83-B202-498E-BF44-BA823126DA69.jpeg9CA3E87D-312D-4A8E-9B75-1BA9F145D267.jpeg

Hope everyone’s Saturday has been good to them. Drove to Roanoke today so the drive to Martinsville for the race (and more so the drive home) is a little easier for my son and I. Carrying this new lamb from Eric’s latest drop that I got in a trade from JonMcD JonMcD . Thanks for the trade Jon.

Thanks pal :)

LOL! :D TBH, if you didn't know, you might actually think they were meatballs, but just not very good meatballs! :D I heard a really unpleasant story involving a friend of a friend, and a Rottweiler, the other day, and I was hoping to avoid meatballs for a while!

Very cool, nice to see that Dwight :) Probably a stupid question, but do you collect coins? I know nothing about them, but would be happy to send you some over
I dabble in coin collecting. As with most things I collect I have no rules or qualifications other than "That is a really cool coin." I'm a very sophisticated collector. 😁
Thanks Dwight, your lamb is looking fine!
Gracias hombre.

Very cool image Bob. Onward and Upward my friend!

It’s good to see my favorite Guardians subset going strong. 😉

That sounds good, Jack. I tried this stuff at a friend’s a while back. It was definitely spicy, but had great flavor, too. I haven’t bought any for myself yet — it’s a bit pricey for pepper flakes — but at least a little goes a long way. 🥵🤣

Sounds like a good gig, Paul.

We took the girls to the library this afternoon. They browsed the kids books and played (mostly quietly) and colored a bit.

If I take both girls to the library on my own, it’s unlikely that I’ll get to even glance at any sections that might contain anything of interest to me, but my wife was with us today, so I managed to browse a bit and pick out one book. Although I’ve read a lot of Neil Gaiman, there are quite a few short stories in here I don’t think I’ve read before, so I’m looking forward to that.

Enjoying a little bourbon and a quiet house.
