Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

A fine lamb Dwight..but your friend is outstanding. Great photo...beautiful coloring
Thank you Bob.
Great pics Dwight, you're an excellent photographer
Much obliged Jack.
The area where I went for a walk today is very close to where I live, about 10 acres of woodland and grassland, which was a real godsend during our various Covid lock-downs. While walking there, it is easy to forget that you are only a couple of miles from the city, even with the elevation. It's a great spot for wildlife, and all sorts of plants and trees go there. So, I was saddened today, to discover that they are building on part of it. Horses used to graze there, and I have regularly seen deer. I dare say, more houses will follow
That is sad to see Jack. :(
Tomorrow I'll be carrying Big Rose though :) If Rose were not a knife, I suspect she might be built like a brick outhouse, wear a permanent frown, and swear like a sailor
😁
Excellent pictures fellas
Thank you Steve.
Afternoon Guardians !

Spalty is in my pocket today

Love Spalty. I can't remember. Are those custom pants?
There's a town next to Sheffield, called Rotherham, rough town, and me and an old mate of mine once got talking to a feller from there. Feller (thick as mince) asked if we had ever been to Rotherham! 🤣 My mate should have known better, but he said he used to sometimes go over with his dad, as the old feller likes to try the 'real ale' pubs. So the Rotherham feller asks if he ever went in a pub called 'The County', and my mate says he did. Glowing with pride, the Rotherham feller says, in the broadest of Yorkshire accents, "Tha'll know mi mutha then, big woman, alluz stands at bar, tattoos on't face, spits a lot!"
Wonderful story! 😁
LOL! :D That's me! 🤣I went out without a jacket today, and still had 19 pockets!
I've heard kangaroos are knife knuts. Should ask Meako.
My kind of woman Jack
And you know she's got your back.
Hello Guardians. Still carrying this one, probably will be for quite some time. At least until my Ebony starts throwing a fit! 🤣👍View attachment 2166230
Gorgeous Mango Todd.
Posting a bit late. My wife and I had a nice date night tonight. We grabbed some happy hour drinks and an early dinner.

Then we headed downtown to see Hamilton at the Orpheum Theatre. Unfortunately the theatre had a no knives policy (which I had thankfully checked beforehand) and metal detectors, so the Albers had to stay in the console of my truck.

Our seats were a couple rows back in the balcony, with a great view of the entire stage.

The Orpheum is a beautiful old theatre, although it was difficult to get a good picture of the whole thing from where we were sitting. Here’s a hastily taken (and slightly crooked) shot of the ceiling and chandelier just above us.

The show was great, and we had a really nice evening.

Fantastic theater Barrett. What a wonderful night out.
I came across this pic of young Tool Man! :D What a juvenile delinquent! 🤣

Hard to believe Tool Man was one of the pretty people. ☺️

Here's a Pennsylvania repast with Carl's Rookie82 Rookie82 maple syrup harvested from trees his family as tended for many years. He shares the whole process every year and it is wonderful to see. Also a lamb dressed in Maple burl.164CBDBC-FF23-48E6-85C3-F74EE12396D1_1_201_a.jpeg

Superb bone on your Baxter Lamb buddy :)
Rose Beast is looking good Jer
That is sad to see Jack. :(
Yeah, there's absolutely loads of empty land nearby they could have built on too, which wouldn't have had the same impact :( I remember, as a kid in the 60's, losing a lot of our play-spots to the same kind of development :(
I've heard kangaroos are knife knuts. Should ask Meako.
🤣
Wonderful story! 😁
Thanks mate, that conversation took place nearly 30 years ago, and I can still remember it word for word! 🤣

That looks amazing my friend! 😋 I was salivating over your photo last night, but it's only just dawned on me that it's Carl's maple syrup, wonderful! :) Your Lamn goes perfectly
Healthy snack Todd :)

Good visit to the docs this morning, I can't remember the last time I spoke with a General Practitioner who took an interest in speaking to me, and seemed to know what she was talking about! It was strange not getting down to the market until lunchtime, and spent much of the afternoon rushing about trying to catch up with everyone. Got talking to a fellow pocket knife collector, which was nice :) Tool Man had a very nicely-sized Draper band-saw, which I took a shine to, but I'm not sure it would justify the space it would take up. I'm still tempted though...Might have to ring Tool Man :D ;) Hope everyone has had a good day :)

That sounds great Barrett, (apart from the no knives policy), I hope you had a wonderful evening :) That's a beautiful theatre, thanks for the great pics  Sleep well my friend

Thanks, Jack. We had a great time!

Sounds like a good date night out ! The Orpheum is a great hold Theatre, I've seen a few concerts there over the years.

That was our first time seeing anything at the Orpheum. There are some definitely some cool old theaters around here. When we first moved up here a few years ago I got to see my favorite band on my birthday at the Palace Theatre in St. Paul.

I'm off to the barbers in the morning, meeting up with Wolfie's brother, Brother Tony, for lunch, and going to start getting my stuff together for my vacation next week :) For now, I'm hitting the hay though ;)

Think I'm going to carry my ebony '18 tomorrow - though I reserve the right to change my mind overnight! 🤣;)
