It's Complicated; Actually Anhueser Busch InBev ( A Belgian Company) owns Grupo Modelo who make Corona, Modelo, Pacifica and others. https://www.grupomodelo.com/nuestras-marcas. Anheuser changed dramatically after the Belgians InBev took over.

However, for exclusively for US production and distribution , Corona and Modelo are licensed to, distributed (and made?) by Constellation who also does Pacifica, Victoria and others.
