Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Loved the photo's of your Bulgeria trip Jack :) I know what you mean about things don't seem as though they have stopped, My work seems to have really overloaded in this past month,to the degree where I am finding I am finding it very hard to concentrate, Brain fog and just not with it for the last few weeks!🤔 Its been a long hard slog, so what I plan is to sit down with my Stones and sharpen some Knives while listening to some music and enjoy that time and regather this weekend.

My Hartshead has been with me every day and yesterday I was in a workshop far from Home- and when I help the guys mask up the Cars - Plastic Rolls are used- Oh boy the Hartshead Barlow just glides through with just the weight of the Knife - its so awesome to use, I really do think the Blade shape is one of the better ones for that concentration on that tip compared to say a Clip point etc.

Eric's Knife looks absolutely gorgeous there, I think to myself about the amazing work history Eric has had in the Cutler factories- actually experiencing all that- and he continues to carry on this hugely skilled trade and produce these outstanding Knives - I am very happy you got to be able to enjoy Eric's release of his Lambsfoot - of all people Jack you should have one.:thumbsup:
Thank you for your very kind words my friend :) Sorry to hear that you're having to work so hard there, and I like your plans for today mate :) I do enjoy using my Hartshead Barlow, one of the nice things about the Lambsfoot blade, for precision work, I think, is that you know exactly where the point is, and where it is going to cut. Eric has had a very interesting career, which in some ways follows the same trajectory as our friend Stan. It is a real pleasure to own a couple of Eric's knives, and I'm so glad he went with the Lambsfoot pattern :) Enjoy your rest day Duncan, and please give my love to Sue, you are often in my thoughts brother

Very handsome LF knife Jack and a very cool photo.

Good morning Guardians. I must have tweaked my back yesterday while playing golf. Woke me up at night but this morning it is much better. Because I have such a crappy swing my back rarely acts up.😁 Taking it easy today. HHB with me today.View attachment 2188598
Sorry to hear that Bill, I imagine it's easily done playing golf  Hope you're going to be OK. Nice shot of your Barlow

And there is a third wrecker in front of those two as an anchor.
Blimey Daniel, that is quite a job there buddy! Well done :) It's a good job you had Rosie along ;) :D

tweaked my back yesterday while playing golf.
I have a left-handed driver because of my theory that golfers get delicate backs from twisting violently in one direction.
I haven't had a chance to test my theory because I don't play golf.

But you can trust the instincts of a guy with a golf-ball watch. [picture lost in a card error.]

Glad the pain is easing Bill. Garden's and lambsfoot are a good sub while resting.
Congrats Bob, what a beauty ! I like the softer swedge 👍
Thanks Steve. I thought he would be offended with request but he could see how it was needed. ( I sent him a pic of an HHB blade).
