English knife on English-looking cloth. (Herringbone jacket about 15 years old, but the material is probably from Ireland or England or Scotland--you know, one of them places where they talk English funny.)
Great news Charlie, and a lovely picMy poor little Lamb, who lost his way, is back in the fold!! It was in my Filson vest, which I hadn't worn for a while - I knew it was in the house somewhere!!
Into my pocket for the rest of the day!! And more!!View attachment 2191412

Sorry for your neighbor Jack. Your motto hits home with this sad story.Just bumped into my neighbour, a few doors down from me, who is a few years older than I am. He usually keeps himself pretty trim, and quite smartly dressed. He looks terrible, and has obviously lost weight. Told me has a brain tumour and lung cancer, poor guy, docs reckon he has 6 to 12 months to live. It only seems like a few weeks since we were last chatting in his garden, and he looked the picture of health![]()
Thanks you for your kind words Bob, I hope you have a good day buddySorry for your neighbor Jack. Your motto hits home with this sad story.
Seize your day with some plinking and drinking Jack. Glad to see that fine Albers.
I hope he'll be as well taken care of as my cousin in York was, with his brain tumor. Good morning Guardians, hope everyone is hale and hearty, and looking forward to the weekend. Hope you're already enjoying yours Leoncudgee
It looks like a nice day here, and the weather forecast is good too, so I should get a nice stroll, and I have my slingshot with me, so I can do some plinking in the woods
I'm meeting my mate in the pub that does the pints of chips, so I think I know what I'll be having for lunch!
Have a good one Guardians

Me too Jer, but the NHS is in a terrible state at the momentI hope he'll be as well taken care of as my cousin in York was, with his brain tumor. That was a few years ago, though.
That'd be good Jer, I hope your skull turns up soonI'd like to take a picture of my ebony lamb in the teeth of my glow-in-the-dark skull, but the skull is probably out in the garage with my lost drill press.
I used to keep that skull on top of my beer to remind me to slow down, but it didn't.

BetHope everyone is having a great dayLovely weather here today, and I enjoyed my hike
I had coffee and cake in the old mansion house, and before heading into the woods, I thought I'd check in with the swans down at the lake

I was surprised to see that the woodland floor was still carpeted with bluebells. I had a nice walk, stopping for some slingshot practice on the way
