Hope everyone's having a good day !
Nice sturdy looking stick Jack!
I'm in if that's okay
Thanks guys, I found that one, looking tired and neglected, in a junk/antique shop. It had been bashed about a lot, and had no ferrule, but I thought it had promise. As Mitch notes, it's pretty sturdy, so I put an Alpine ferrule on it to help me along icy pavements, and snowy paths. Also added a little YorkshirenessCool old cane Jack and sweet pic of Waboom !![]()
Nice work DanielI’m in Bob

Yikes, I like a strong pull, but with one of the last knives they made me, I could only open the blade with pliers!A new horn arrived. I took the shine off the coat. Must say, blade is better than most of the newer ones. The pull is like a 15!! even after cleaning and lube.View attachment 2279826
This is one of the few that is not pinchable....plus one in the give away. The one being given away just needs some pocket time.Yikes, I like a strong pull, but with one of the last knives they made me, I could only open the blade with pliers!![]()
Hope your new model wears in too BobThis is one of the few that is not pinchable....plus one in the give away. The one being given away just needs some pocket time.
Nice GAW, BobMy 1st give away...forgive any bumps in the road.
On Tuesday, August 8th I will be giving these lambs away. First name out of hat gets 2 knives. 2-4 names get 1 each. All will be notified in order of draw. I do not want to tie up the thread, so on that day, simply say "I'm in" if interested.
Some will see them as beaters to save their good one, others who are new, to embellish their flock.
SEE YOU TUESDAY. 5:00 am EST- 5pm EST. when I pull names.View attachment 2274423

I'm just starting to experience the same with my TV remote, might mean new batteries, might mean a new TV!Mouses are kind of like TV remotes. Why won't this work? I've tried every angle, pushed hard and soft, held the button down...
Um. Batteries?
I just got a new mouse. I don't know how long I was cursing the old one and/or myself for making every click a double or triple click.

I got a ticket once for not wearing mine. I showed the cop my glasses, and he said "From Ray-Ban?" They were not prescription glasses, so I just fessed up and paid the fine. Also for speeding. But this was about 45 years ago. Always wear my glasses to drive now! That's like Tool Man Vince! He won't even wear glasses!
