It's one of the things that bugs me Gus, and I always insisted the SFOs I had from Wright's had centred blades. In this case, I was promised they had been thoroughly checked, and the fact that they hadn't was the last straw for meIt was an unexpected bonus gift on another purchase so I’m happy to have it and use it. Honestly I shouldn’t have messed with it in first place. A slightly off center blade shouldn’t bug me that much.
You did nice work on that one KenA little gloomy today with a light rain forecasted...but not yet!

Looks like you're having a great day off VinceGot the day off. Something about a tropical storm in the Gulf. Sitting on my porch since it's the coolest it's been in months (81 degrees at noon--about 20 degrees cooler than usual).

Here's hoping all goes well my friend, the good thing about these operations is that they are no longer these huge stays in Hospitals - and the recovery times are so much quicker!!Well, you are all talking about robots...I will be part robot in October, just found out I need a hip. Next will be knees!! That's what you get when you play hard.
Overseeding this weekend.View attachment 2295360

In Corpus Christi, Texas, coast of south Texas on the Gulf of Mexico. The cigar is not actually from Cuba. I believe the company is or was from Miami; probably made in the Dominican Republic. Discovered this brand about 30 years ago. Excellent cigar, very consistent.Cuban cigar, spanish tile on the floor, tropical storms from the gulf, are you in Miami?
Maybe if you go for the face or eyes. How about a big, fat pigeon?!![]()

Gracias, Señor. My sister lives in Orlando (land-locked!). I sure love the coast.Well, Im in Miami. Yeah, it is a Miami cigar factory. Not sure where the tobacco is grown. My grandfather used to smoke the occasional Gloria Cubana. You posted a great picture and it reminds me of home. I thought maybe you were a neighbor. Hahaha.
Nice to meet a fellow knife enthusiast.
That looks mighty fine up close Vince.Lambsfoot content:

Thanks, Bob. It is probably my best looking knife cover. That looks mighty fine up close Vince.![]()
The blade being perfectly centered isn't something that really bothers me unless it's hitting the liners... this one is very good. I can see the varying quailty being extremely frustrating to a retailer, though. Those ebonies look nice. Well... 80% of them.Sorry you had to go to all that trouble Gus, it's a shame Wright's couldn't have got it right in the first place![]()
Just looking at my photos, I might just have got 5 Big 'Uns done (and 5 in the 'standard' size). Here are the Big 'Uns.
