Happy friday all and a happy one indeed for me. Thanks to a trade with Jeremy sbh06 I just received an Albers lamb today in Ringed Gidgee

I thought this called for a double LF day !

It was probably me and I just forgot. I do enjoy Hot Ones, at least when the guest is good. Sean is a great interviewer. And, of course, that’s the first place I ever heard about Secret Aardvark!

I'm liking the way my day is shaping up! I had a couple of coffees, sat outside Charlie's, in the sunshine, with Wolfie, and I'm just getting a Thai lunch, before I meet Al in the pub next door

We had a pint inside, and then went and sat outside, and I also switched to Newcastle Brown We spent half the afternoon talking to a couple of old fellers about fishing

Al fancied going to a Japanese place, nearby, which has good reviews

I mentioned a while back that my Ashley’s Choice had gone missing. I was certain that it would turn up, it had to be in the house somewhere, but I was just a bit concerned, because the last photographic evidence I had of it was from almost two years ago!

Well, look what finally turned up today.

I found it in the bottom of a big decorative ceramic thing (I’m not really sure what you’d call it) that we used to have out on our coffee table, but had been relegated to a closet at some point. No idea how it got there (well, I do have one idea; she’s about 3 years old and has been known to take things and put them places they don’t belong). Anyways, I’m just glad I found it.

I mentioned a while back that my Ashley’s Choice had gone missing. I was certain that it would turn up, it had to be in the house somewhere, but I was just a bit concerned, because the last photographic evidence I had of it was from almost two years ago!

Well, look what finally turned up today.

I found it in the bottom of a big decorative ceramic thing (I’m not really sure what you’d call it) that we used to have out on our coffee table, but had been relegated to a closet at some point. No idea how it got there (well, I do have one idea; she’s about 3 years old and has been known to take things and put them places they don’t belong). Anyways, I’m just glad I found it.

Solved a mystery this week. I have had holes in my garden & been hearing this tap tap sound. Well the other day I heard this sound had a look. Here's this big ol kookaburra standing on the verandah with lizard in it's beak the sound was it banging the lizard into the tiles till it was dead a couple of them at it yesterday after Lizards and worms. They are smart now they are standing on the bench seat and using the edge as a pounding board. I have had to go out and clean the blood off the bench & tiles, like a bar room brawl they do this as kookaburras eat snakes

Well, look what finally turned up today.

Good morning Guardians, the hot weather here has come as something of a shock here, after our miserable summer, 70's overnight, and the forecast is for the 90's today. I'm enjoying wearing my summer shirts, but I don't think it's due to last long. I hope you folks in HOT places are starting to enjoy some slightly cooler temperatures. I need to pick up a parcel from the post office, and I'm going to call in Charlie's Cafe on the way, Hisham, the owner, flew to Morocco, with his family, a couple of days ago, and I want to make sure they're OK. Wishing everyone a great weekend. I'm carrying my Rosewood Hartshead Barlow today

That's the first time I've seen a Rosewood Hartshead Barlow, I must try and track one down, it's very beautiful.
In the meantime I have this in my phóca today
