I was just talking to my mate, Wolfie, on the phone, and he told me that, last night, his youngest lad, Idris, had mentioned me last night. Apparently, he has decided to build a bug-out bag, and asked his dad, "When is Jack Black going to give me a knife?"!

Sorry Idris, I'll be right round!

To be fair, I've given his older brother and sister knives, but in the case of the eldest, Amos, his mum and dad, asked me if he could have a knife for his birthday, (he's since had a few more), and a couple of years later, Ripley asked me if she could have a knife for her birthday. In the case of Idris, he's never mentioned knives, and when I've asked what he wants for his birthday, he's always asked for something else (think it was a slingshot last year). He doesn't have a birthday due, but I've told his dad to bring him round, since you never know when he might need his bug-out bag
Here's Amos, a couple of years after getting his first knife. He's about 14 now!
I'm off to see my dentist this afternoon. I haven't had this one long, but she's leaving apparently, so I have a gift for her too. It's a 19th century tongue depressor
