Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

I agree with Bob, Pete, that's a nice-looking knife  I only have the one Snakewood Lamb, but it's a second I picked up cheap when John Maleham was the gaffer. I've only carried it a few times

Nice snakewood, Pete, we should be seeing some of the Albers lambs in snakewood pretty soon . . . can't wait!

I'm still carrying Gidge this morning.

I'm looking forward to seeing those too Jeff, all Eric's Lambs have been superb

Near impossible to get them on the drops but a trade with a fine member here....and voila! Finally!

Oh, that color!

Ken that is a stunner. I really like the covers.

Looks like you're having a nice Spring Mitch :)

Come back and see us soon Harry :)

I know what you mean Paul, one heck of a knife

Cool pics Daniel :)

Good morning Guardians, how's everyone doing? Halfway through the week already, though I've kind of lost track of time here  This year has gone so fast in any case! Still under the weather here, but going in the right direction. Hoping my energy starts to return soon :) Carrying this Joseph Rodgers Shadow Lamb today, gifted to me, a few months back, by Paul @Jakeywax31 :) Thanks Paul  Have a good day Guardians

I don't believe I have ever seen a Shadow Lambfoot before Jack . To my eyes it looks a little under dressed but still nice .
I do come back on a pretty regular basis , but usually just lurking about because I only carry 2 Lambfoots .

But these I have but never carry and just enjoy having:

Thanks Pete, unfortunately, there are some small cracks in the snakewood, which kind of spoil its appearence :(

Those are beauties. The straight handle shape is a nice variation, too.

Dang Harry, coming in with the big guns! 😎

My Albers Lamb has been a regular companion (though this pic is from a few months ago; just haven’t taken any new ones in the last few days).

It's always great when you call in to say Hello Harry, and that really is quite a collection :) Your Old Faithful TEW is something special though :) Joseph Rodgers had a name for that Shadow range, which included a couple of other blades, but I'm afraid I've forgotten it. It was at a time when the remaining cutlers were trying to innovate a little, in the face of competition from the Far East. The Lambsfoot is very light in weight, you barely know it's in your pocket. TEW have done bolsterless patterns too, with various synthetic covers, very different to your own venerable old Lamb (a couple below).

It's a shame TEW only do stainless today, I'm sure it's good, but as you know, that old TEW carbon is something special :)

Thanks Barrett, it's very slim and pocketable, about the same footprint as a fountain pen
