Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

This needed a touch up, all of 5 minutes work, slices like a dream again. 👌 .

Congrats Barrett, you received a nice one.
Snakewood has a very interesting grain....makes me think, holographic.👌

Thanks, Bob. I think this is my first knife with snakewood. It definitely has some interesting character.

Yes, the 'innovations' of the Sheffield cutlery trades, in the 1970's, were not great ones. In this case I suspect the innovation was glue! :D ;)

What else could it be? 😁

Talking of innovation! :D Coffee Chocolate Golden Ale is certainly a new one! :D

Yeah, I’m skeptical, but I’ll give it a try.

Wow! Congratulations buddy, glad you were able to get one, looks great :)

Thanks, Jack.

Beautiful snake Barrett. I like the head on that beer too. ;)

Thanks, Dwight. Yes, that beer did deliver in that regard.

Thanks Dwight, It's a large Lamb 👍

Next to Charlies lamb for comparison

Steve, you’re an expert finder of great old Lambsfoot examples!

…I do sometimes use the 'nose' of my Lamb for light prying tasks…

😲

Here are a couple more pics I took today of the Snakewood Albers.

And here’s a rare behind the scenes shot. Spring, summer and early fall are tough for pictures for me because of all the trees around our house. They limit the natural light inside (and/or tint it green), and cause problems with reflections outside. My best bet this time of year is an overcast day, or a brief period in the evening when the sun goes behind the neighbors trees and house. Even then, I have to move to the end of the driveway or into the street (a dead end, thankfully) to avoid tree/leaf reflections. Anyways… I took this pic today while waiting for the sun to go back behind the clouds. 😁

Nice to see through the window Mitch, looks like a tasty toastie 😋 Have a nice day mate :)

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing well. It's a dull day here, and I'm not sure if I'll do anything. I'd like to get out, at some point, though. Think I'll have a shave, and think about it ;) Carrying Schultz! :D Have a great weekend Guardians
