Beautiful lamb Steve. Don't believe I've heard of them before. Lovely rich "pick bone"?
Good one!
When I was a kid (a long time ago) it was a summer ritual to have the radio tuned to a baseball game while doing most anything outdoors.
While I don't remember anything really sports worthy, I sure remember the advertising jingle for Hamms beer.
For the mature (old) Guardians out there, you know the song, "From the land of sky blue waters"...![]()

Very colourful Ricktalking about eggs... I love eggs .. here is the best way! I did these about a week ago and they are just about perfect. Check out that nice color! A tasty snack with a pickled egg and some beets.

That's disappointing Bob, I'd forgotten about the British Chippy. Nice Pile side shot there my friend. I had to call in at the docs to order a prescription, so had a coffee and a muffin at Charlie's. Still raining unfortunatelyGood morning all..I was ready to go to the British Chip Shop today, but it's closed Monday's and Tuesdays, strange
Well there is always tomorrow.

Morning Guardians! Here's an interesting Lamb for the Guardians to consider. When I first saw this Joseph Rodgers I thought it would be a really cheap knife. While it's not old school quality. It is solidly built. Has a stainless blade. I'm glad to have it. It's an interesting piece of history.

VERY interesting DavidDidn't Harvey have one like that? I have certainly seen one before, along with a similar A. Wright model. Definitely unusual form for a Lambsfoot

Really?I hope you got out of there without needing a second mortgage, stuff's expensive these days!

I think it's doubled just in the past few years Barrett. £1.40 for a domestic letter stamp!![]()
Thanks buddy, I'm not liking the way it feels, kind of vulnerable, particularly as I'm hoping to do some hikingI haven't had enough mince pies this year!
![]()
DefinitelyI'm just having some Ritz crackers, with cheddar, and Mr Vikki's Tamarind & Chipotle Chutney
![]()
Thanks a lot pal, I should be able to keep you all posted![]()

Cool pics Barrett! It looks like Santa Sam makes an effort

That book looks interesting!![]()

Almost all of the ones I've seen here have been terrible!Barrett will know this story, but my sister has a photo of my niece, as a toddler, sat on Santa's knee, and looking absolutely terrified!
Santa has 'Love' and 'Hate' tattooed on his knuckles!

Had some Tool-Man fare at lunch:

Two beef patties with chili, cheese, corn chips, onion, and mustard. Mighty tasty, but a little messy. Couldn't finish the fries or the Coke (had to buy them to get the "free" burger). Way too many calories to do regularly.
And some lambsfoot content:

Back after a little 4 day hiatus. Took that long to think about my KOTY!!! Just a normal Monday with a light dusting of the white stuff on the ground. Calamity keeping me company. Hope you all are having a great day.

Those beauties are growing up fast Barrett! Seeing that Santa makes me realize what a fine Santa Charlie C would make.

Good morning Guardians, It's been raining hard here since last night, again, and is foggy outside. Looks like a thoroughly miserable day!I'm looking forward to warmer climes
Our old palsitflyer was a keen scuba diver, and I bet he'd enjoy the trip. This time last year, we were in contact multiple times a day, as we were for several months before he passed away at the beginning of this year
RIP Duane

I hope everyone is doing OK, and that your week got off to a good start. I thought I'd have a Double Lambsfoot today, with my 2018 Guardians SFO in Ebony, and my Charlie Lamb in jigged boneHave a decent day Guardians

(Tool Man meets up with a couple of his old pals every Tuesday night. He calls it the Swimming Club, but they haven't been swimming since about 1973!)

Thanks kindly Steve.Lovely blonde Burl !
Really interesting Lambsfoot with a lot of unique features!
I think that was Harvey’s. I noticed another unique knife he owned (a GEC #15 Navy Knife that had been modified into a Lambsfoot) for sale on eBay last week, from a seller in Illinois (where Harvey lived) with an eBay username having something to do with estate sales.
I just went back and looked and it appears David’s unique new Lambsfoot was sold by the same seller. Glad that one ended up with a Guardian at least.Makes me sad to think what might become of some of the other knives Harvey cherished so much, but I suppose that’s what happens sometimes when you’re gone.

I’ve got my Katalox Albers back in my pocket to start the week (not a new pic).

LOL!My best laid plans often get me into difficulties with my own petard.
Looks like a great vacation.

Everytime I've passed the one in Leeds, I don't think I've seen anyone under 20 in there!Yep, didn’t but a thing.Eleanor didn’t ask for any Lego sets this year, though she does enjoy them. There’s actually something there that I really want — the house from Home Alone, which is quite a large set with a lot of incredible details from the movie — but it costs more than a new Albers, and with a bunch of unexpected expenses over the last couple months, in addition to the usual Christmas stuff, I couldn’t justify spending the money. Probably for the best.

That's just for a small card! It's little wonder that people don't send letters anymoreWow, that’s a lot just to send a letter!![]()
Thanks mateHope the ankle does ok for you, Jack. Be careful.
Maybe I can get some cheap ones when I get back from the Canaries!Better get on those mince pies!![]()
Yeah, not bad, quite impressed with the Mr Vikki's products I've hadThat sounds pretty good!
Me tooLooking forward to it!![]()
I don't think there are many Santa's like that here Barrett, everything is done on the cheapThanks, Jack. He really does. I’ve been really impressed with the Santa operation at the MoA. Of course, paying for the photos (and video) is where they get you, and while it’s the sort of thing I might normally be cynical about, he does such a good job, and the kids enjoy it so much, that I really can’t complain at all. It’s totally worth it.![]()
CoolI thought so. It had a few recipes for making your own chili crisp, and a bunch of recipes for how to use it.
I'd imagine it transfers to radio pretty well. Many years ago, I'd sometimes listen to boxing on the radio. Then you'd see the fight, and it was completely different! There’s something special about baseball on the radio. Nice pic!
Very nice BarrettI’ve got my Katalox Albers back in my pocket to start the week (not a new pic).

Thanks SteveSweet pair Jack !
I'm glad some of them went to a good home my friendI was wondering how that seller ended up with so many Lambs. Looks like I have one of Harvey's Lambs on the way as well and that makes me happy !
