Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Cool pics Joe πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

Thank you Steve πŸ™‚πŸ‘

Another beautiful pic my friend πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

LOL! Great end to the day Mitch! 😁 I know a couple, neither of whom is any brighter than the other, and they bought a TV that was so big that the screen was larger than their living room wall. They have it at an angle! πŸ˜–πŸ€£

Thanks Jon, I had an early night. The Lansoprazole 'substitute' I was sold wasn't worth beans, so I was feeling pretty rough β˜ΉοΈπŸ‘

Sounds good Paul 😊 Nice shot of your '19 πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

πŸ˜πŸ‘

Thanks Steve πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘

Good morning Guardians, it's still before 9 here, and I am packed, breakfasted, and just about ready for another nap! 😁 I've run out of bottled water, and I don't fancy cleaning my teeth with beer, which is all I have left in the fridge, so I need to go and get some. I check out at 11, and my transfer is at 12.30. Hoping it all goes smoothly πŸ‘ Have a great day Guardians, and all being well, I'll catch up with you again tomorrow morning (though I may get a chance to post from the airport) πŸ‘

Thanks Jack, I hope your trip home goes without a hitch !

LOL! 😁 I'd actually recorded it for Wolfie and family, with whom my Yorkshire accent and colourful vocabulary are notorious! πŸ˜πŸ‘

I figured it was something like that. 😁 That, or you were auditioning to replace Sir David Attenborough. πŸ˜‰

Sounds great Barrett, I could just eat Mac and cheese! πŸ˜πŸ‘

I’m going to have to try again (with a different recipe, that is) and see if I can redeem myself on the mac and cheese.

Ace pic! 😎😁 Is the house full of traps? πŸ˜‰ Home Alone 2 was the first film I took Ellie to see! 😁 I hadn't seen the first film at the time, and was surprised how violent it was, but she enjoyed the experience so much, she cried at the end because she didn't want it to end πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜πŸ‘

Thanks, Jack. The house has a ton of little details from the movie, most of which I can’t do justice with pics.

Thanks Barrett. Hopefully he brought some coffee stout…one of my personal favorites. Hopefully we’ll see the koozie and patch in a photo soon.
Cool Lego house. I usually get a Lego set for my kids for Christmas. They’re 24 and 20 but they still love getting them. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

No Coffee Stout this time (I think I’ve had it before, but it’s been years). He did bring some of their Oatmeal Stout, which is also pretty good.

I love Lego when I was a kid, and hadn’t done any in a long time, until Eleanor started to get
into it recently and we built a few sets together. This was bigger than anything I’d ever done before, though. It wasn’t difficult, per se, but parts of it are certainly complicated and require a close attention to detail, and it was a bit time consuming. I didn’t time myself or anything, but I worked on it here and there over the course of 3 or 4 days, and would guess it took maybe 8 hours or so.

Okay, which of you studs is this guitar strap going to? πŸ€£πŸ˜‰

Albers lamb working with me on this one today. Hope everyone is have a good week.

Love that picture, Bob! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Well, I narrowly avoided a disaster last night. Months ago, I bought tickets for myself and Julie, Eleanor, my brother and his wife and their daughter to go see A Christmas Carol at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis. Eleanor and I went for the first time last year and it was great, so we were looking forward taking everyone this year while they were in town for the holidays.

We headed out for a quick bite to eat before the show at a place we that like with a great happy hour menu. Then we drove downtown, paid for parking, walked around the theater, got a couple drinks and waited until it was time to take our seats. It was somewhere around this point that I pulled up the tickets on my phone and realized I had made a terrible mistake. Somehow, without realizing it until that moment, I had purchased tickets for the 1:00 performance, not the 7:30 one we were there to see. 😳

Julie and I went to the information desk and explained what had happened. The woman there said (of course) that they were sold out for that night, but that she would see if there was anything that could be done. After maybe five agonizing minutes, during which I had very little hope that this story would have a happy ending, she came over and told us to go down to the larger box office desk one floor down. They had somehow (I have no idea how) managed to find us six tickets, all together, in seats that were actually better than the seats I had purchased. We had to pay a little extra for them, but at that point it felt like a small price to pay, particularly given the alternative!

Although my nerves were a bit shot after that brief but stressful debacle, we ended up having a great time. I had my Katalox Albers Lamb in my pocket, which certainly spent some time as a worry stone last night.

Mike, I cannot take any credit. That was a gift from Dwight@fodderwing. His wife is quite the craftswomen. I believe it is her trademark.
Now that you mention it, I believe you are correct. I think Dwight has posted some cards his wife made that featured the dragonfly

Very cool Barrett. I really enjoy seeing the myriad venues and sites in your fine city. Wonderful pic of Miss Eleanor!
Very nice! I really like this one.
Many thanks!
Nice one Dwight, you don't often see a shield on a Lamb
Thanks Steve. I acquired it from the same UK guy that the "cooper's dip" barlow came from.
Good afternoon Guardians !

Another overcast day today but mild at least πŸ™‚

As much as I love the sfo lambs and the custom lambs there's just a ton of specialness in the old ones on so many levels. This rig is a perfect example.
