Totally mate, I always think I only like moderately spicy condiments, but based on recent experience, I'm beginning to wonder! I do remember, when I was younger, 'acclimatising' pretty quickly, so maybe that has started to happen againI think people’s tolerance for spice covers a pretty wide spectrum. Google a sauce that you find really spicy and you’ll find someone somewhere on a hot sauce forum talking about how they drink a whole bottle for breakfast.
