Jack, hope you can gather some energy to finish the day.
Hope you feel better soonest, Jack!
Your Lamb looks good though Todd
So what's my excuse I go to sleep in the recliner most nights,Thank you, Jack. It was a very welcomed surprise.
Micarta is starting to grow on me. Did not care for it at first but starting to really like it now.
I go through bouts of not sleeping well due to a chronic back injury sometimes. During flair ups I have to sleep in a recliner as that is the only position my back can be in to get any sleep. I wish you a restful night tonight.
Rotten luck on the weather, Jack. Waboom is a stunner.
the horror!!!
Good gracious great balls of fire, Bob. Sweet lamb
Great K roo, Jeremy. Have a great day my friend.
Always like seeing your Charlie lamb, Todd.
Thanks they would have but I had a leftover potato with a schnitzel last night for dinner.Beautiful knife!
I also think my taste for spicy stuff is fairly moderate. I like a bit of heat, but I don’t want to feel like my tongue's going to fall off.
Thanks, Jack!
Great pic!
Looks delicious!
Great pic!
Saw a forecasted temp of 50 one day next week!Lovely vintage Lambsfoot there.
Bet those would go great with the potatoes you posted the other day!
That seems about as likely as you wearing shorts. Not impossible, just highly unlikely.
I really like the Micarta. As others have said, the strong pull is pretty common on those.
Beautiful ‘19 Guardians Lamb, Charlie!
Glad you didn’t get hurt, Paul! Kind of your neighbor to call and check on you.
I’ve been there. Several years ago, we were driving from Arkansas back to Arizona (after Christmas I think). We took a longer route to try and avoid some nasty winter weather along I-40, drove down through Texas and the southern part of New Mexico instead. Well we hit the winter weather anyways. It was snowing when we drove through El Paso, and the roads went from slushy in TX to icy in NM. We pulled over on the side of the highway to switch drivers, I opened the door and went to step out, slipped on the icy road and went down like a ton of bricks. Julie said it was like I just disappeared.
To add insult to injury, not long after that, we got stopped because of a jackknifed semi, then after they got that cleared up, we were told the highway was closed until they could get the roads cleared/salted. Had to sit there for 3 or 4 hours on the interstate and just wait.

Winter has, overall, been pretty mild here in Minnesota this year, but… is it summer time again yet?

Glad you were able to get into the dentist Kurt, I chipped a tooth when I was away in Fuerteventura the Christmas before last, and it was cutting my tongue!Good Tuesday to you Guardians. We have a break in the rain here. It’s nice to sit outside. Have my K’roo this morning. Later this afternoon I am having a tooth attended to. I broke a piece of it off on Saturday. No pain except it is sharp as a knife where a piece broke off. My tongue is not happy. My dentist is great though. I expect a coronation. At the dentist I put up a brave front. But in my mind I’m like one of those videos of a french bulldog screaming as it sees the toenail clippers coming towards it.

Here is a recent purchase of an M. May which seems quite decent. It's resting nicely on a stout indoor plant.

Nightmares tonite.
Your unusual method of checking the mailbox on ice may have something to do with that...I go through bouts of not sleeping well due to a chronic back injury sometimes.
Some nice burl on your Lamb today!
Such cool burl
That might be some of the finest wood covers that have ever been put on a knife. Incredible, Dwight
