Work is hectic at the moment, and unlikely to improve so I’ve not been able to spend the time I’d like here.

Nevertheless, I just picked up this a couple of days ago. 7 days from being dropped off at the post office in USA to arriving at my door in Aus.

After a budget meeting with my wife it may be the last knife I buy for a little while, but it’s a nice way to enter a break.

Can’t believe this is happening but I’m in shorts and a t shirt today. A wonderful heatwave!!

My wife is always trying to cut sugars and unhealthy things out of my diet and she bought me a Cirkul water bottle. Thought it was going to suck and it is amazing. No more sodas and sugary drinks for me. On a 30 day eat and drink healthy challenge. Unfortunately that means no beer or liquor . My goal is to turn it into habit. Remarkably I have not had an energy drink in a long time so I know I can do it.

Smooth stag lamb is in the pocket today. Hope everyone is having a nice day.
